It was absolutely wonderful place to stay, the quiet and clean. I appreciate the staff they were very friendly.

Fast efficient service with a helpful staff

They couldn't even be bothered to put a fitted sheet on the mattress just a flat sheet that slides everywhere. Blinds dont close completely leaving you exposed to everyone that walks by. Bathroom sink grungey and dirty along with the toilet area. Multiple bugs. $140 for one bed for one night?! Insane.

Averagestay

They only give you a towel and a washcloth to last for three days unless otherwise asking. Air conditioning doesn’t always work. It’s sketchy so I blocked the door while I was asleep. The front desk staff not friendly just flat. Some of the outlets don’t work or are loose in the wall. Everytime you got into the bed or out it was noisy because of the metal they built around the bed attached to the frame. Before I even got there they didn’t even seem like they knew their job. If you need a cheap place to stay and not for very long then sure and you’ll be ok just put something across the door but even that doesn’t make you feel secure because I barely slept, so maybe no it’s not ok I take that back!

The hotel lobby area could be cleaner and the bedroom sheets could also be a little better condition than feeling so used and cheap.

The property is a mess. The appearance from the front is a mess. The exterior in the back has two dumpsters that smell absolutely horrible. So walking in and out of your room you smell nothing but hot, smelly garbage. The front desk couldnt find my reservation and even though they had my ID and my reservation number they kept trying to give me a reservation that didnt belong to me. When I went to the front desk to check out i had to knock on the counter cause the employee was passed out sleeping in the chair. Also, the hotel must have permanent customers cause walking to my room I crossed many rooms that had shoes and clothing sitting outside. Definitely will not revisit this location.

The check in staff Bobb was very nice, the rooms were relatively clean and we got clean towels everyday which I liked. However, the garbage needs to be disposed properly and at some times it was smelly. One main bin was placed right outside the room and smelled most times. I liked the environment and I was still a good stay.

The property was unkept, old, outdated, patched up, cigarette burns in bedding, broken curtains, stinky carpets, no hot water after 10 am, no water bottles in room,” breakfast included”was only a coffee, rude front desk staff, noisy and overall horrible stay, boogers stuck in the walls.

Area seemed sketchy at night, especially behind hotel where I parked. There was hardly any parking! Door to our room, on ground flr, didnt have a good seal around the frame. So we could see outside from under bottom of door around up to the handle. Fingers could fit thru the bottom crack! I was concerned about bugs & someone could peak inside if they wanted. So I used towels to jam into the larger crack. Strangely I had a roll of tape in my car so I used it to tape over the rest. It had a fridge & microwave which is always such a huge plus (AND MUST) for me. The room was spacious. Beds felt like typical, firm hotel beds. There was a little "kitchenette/vanity/bathroom" type area that was set apart from the rest. Hard to explain. It was another "room" but still technically open to rest of the rm. The microwave & fridge were in there. A long counter with a sink. Then the toilet & shower were off THAT room in a separate area with a door. Which I liked, but it was a pretty tight squeeze inside there. PRO-The cable TV had a guide channel. Odd to mention in a review but so many hotel tvs DONT have that. And it's SO HELPFUL when looking for something to watch & you don't have to sit thru commercial after commercial to figure out what's playing. The hotel was easy to find and had easy access to and from highway. But as someone who stays at alot of hotels, it was way overpriced for what it was...a cheap, crappy motel. But sometimes I have to risk it and book "cheap" to save money.

Excellence

The property is a little worn, but the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Room was small. I had to move the bed to get bathroom door to shut. Mini fridge was not cold, was not very clean, small tv, towels felt like sandpaper.

Its something out of the box and there is nothing to dislike about this property. Everything is excellent, quite,well maintained and staff service is great and i highly recommend to everyone to visit once a while in this hotel. Overall, i like this place.

Superb

The bedding specifically pillow cases had huge dirt stains. The towels were dump and dirty as well. No dead bolt lock on the door. The staff member who checked us in did not make us feel welcomed either. I can’t believe they charged $249 plus tax for this property.

If the property was updated, I would consider it a hidden gem. It’s a great location with nearby shopping and quality restaurants.

Roach infested room.

Didn’t go was super far from I was going,, I try to cancel but they say no cancellations for 2 nights stay I called 30 min to cancel and they say no money back was 400$ plus , so they say if I don’t go they will still charge me …

The room smelled heavily of smoking. The sheets and blanket had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was no attendant who could take our luggage to the room. Not worth the price we paid.

Great

The room was ok for what we needed, it was clean and comfortable, there was a large delay in checking in as the one member of staff was busy doing other things and after travelling for 20hours we just needed sleep, frustrating to have to wait another 20 mins before we could check in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there seemed to be an overall skimpiness when it came to towels, TP, and the like (which I can kind of understand if the typical stay is for two people, not three or four, like we had) The rooms were clean and the beds were new. One very cheap improvement would be rinsing off the exterior walkways, which were a little sticky, and a little more attention to the carpets. But overall, we got what we paid for.

Wasn’t what a thought from the pictures. Bathroom was very small and nothing but traffic and noise all night. I would not be coming back and unless you into the street life this isn’t a place to stay with your wife or the woman your committed to

The staff was very helpful, but I found this very overpriced. The facility looks like it is in the middle of a redo - The room was very basic, TV didn’t work, no bedside lamps. The room felt slightly musty.

Had no issues and place was clean, close to a lot of amenities!!

Bad attitude

Thank you so much for being accommodating and helpful so we could attend our son's graduation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy without worrying about our accommodations!! Check in was easy and flawless. Once again thanks for everything!!
