This is nothing like the pictures

The room itself was very modern and updated but was supposed to be non-smoking and smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I did the pre-arrival check-in but upon getting there the desk clerk insisted on doing the complete check-in process. She claimed that the check-in I did had nothing to do with them and I was actually standing at that desk longer than average. She was not very respectful and didn't seem willing to listen to what I had told her. The clerk when we checked out the next morning was very pleasant.

The management and clerks were very nice and very professional. The elevators are a little slow, but overall I was very pleased. One night it was a loud; it looked like some bikers were having a small party. The rooms were very clean and they cleaned them everyday.

This may be the best value for the money I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast bar was generous, the lobby spacious and inviting for doing work—and the room no frills but just right for anyone who doesn’t need a $400 a night stay. Lots of great dining options in walking distance. Friendly staff. Clean throughout—would definitely return.

Nice n updated

This hotel had very uncomfortable beds. There were people thatbwere very loud, slamming doors, laughing and talking until after midnight. Someone put a trash can to in an entry door to keep it open. We did not feel safe

Great place.

The hotel is in a good location and the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. Cleanliness and hotel conditions weren't great. Bathtub had mold and it was rusty. Bedsheet were dirty and we found a few ants on the bed. Window lock was missing.

So, the room was…..ok No bugs and clean(always a win) The shower looked like it had seen better days. The curtain rod was about to fall off and then ceiling needed to be redone The halls do stink bad of stale cigarettes and marijuana. It’s a lot of over powering. As a result the room had a funky smell from it, but that cleared up very quickly when we turned the ac unit on. Breakfast was ok, I think the team was caught a little off guard by how many they had staying from the concert and as a result all food was very slow to be refilled.

I can stand most things from a budget hotel. But not dirty towels. As much as I wanted to like this place for having a nice big deep bathtub I just can’t give it a better review unfortunately.

The cleaning lady screamed at us and threw bedding around our room when we asked for new clean bedding upon seeing that it had not been changed since the last guest. The owner stated he would not comp us for the room and would only offer a 10.00 off coupon. Was worried for my safety staying so we left. Horrible customer service, DIRTY. The room was not cleaned. Disgusting all around.

Black mold in the bathroom, lots of dog hair in the room someone didn’t clean the floors specially in the bathroom Toilet was not attached to the floor very well Bed made weird noises every time you moved Overall quiet Smoke smell in the bathroom first thing in the morning somebody must’ve been smoking somewhere came in the vent People nice food OK

The hotel was dirty and fifty. The hallways floor was dirty and had a smell of urine. The room comforters was dirty on the beds and the bathroom tub and sink was dirty and had mold. I asked the staff, manager, and owner to clean it. They acted as id it was stains that could not be removed u til i grab a tissue to rub it off to show them. It was still not cleaned. We were offered to find another hotel.

Check-in friendly & informative

The room had no issues, it was clean, and served it’s purpose. The room did smell a little funky but it wasn’t a big deal. Everyone was nice, something that stood out was that they had put breakfast away but I went down to get coffee and they went in the back and brought muffins out for me. Overall great experience!

All was good, clean and friendly service. But not able to purchase bottled water and no glasses in the room. Also lights in the bathroom to shave close.

The property needs some updating. Bathtub needs to be replaced and the carpet in the hallways have stains and should be cleaned or replaced

Staff is exceptional!

There was a party going on on floor above us until 4:30 am. Sounded like people jumping off of furniture onto floor with loud music. Called desk and nobody answered. Door was falling off of bathroom.

Basic cheap motel quite nothing fancy

We ordered the king suite with hopes of being able to prepare meals with the kitchenette and relax in the large jetted tub during our stay. The room was in a state of total disrepair when we arrived, holes in the walls, mold, rips in the furniture, the tub we were looking forward to was not cleaned prior and had remnants from the previous guests in the basin and paints peeling off of it as well as mold all around it, the kitchenette we were looking forward to was filthy, had food on it, mold and even if it had been clean it had zero accessories to use it. We decided to just suck it up since at least we had a bed to sleep in after our days of hiking but NOPE the other guests were roudy slamming doors, hollering and being completely obnoxious well into the night. We again tried to just deal with it but once 4 am rolled around we called the front desk to handle things. Patrick *the front desk clerk went up immediately * which we appreciated but the guests just yelled at him through the door for several minutes and didn't comply, after this they continued to be a nuisance till 6am! We mentioned this the following morning to the new receptionist and we're assured we would get a call from management but never did. We followed up again the next day about it and still nothing. All in all TERRIBLE STAY we were really disappointed that the place was rated so well on hotels.com being over a 7 and felt it necessary to leave a well informed review!

Outdoor area really needs clean up downed trees dog feces and garbage. Room was fairly clean but air conditioner was filthy. See photo

They charged me beyond what I paid at Expedia, not only tax charges per night because that was their policy.

I liked the stay due to the location it was near restaurants and shopping centers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and neat. Overall it was a great stay.

Room wasn’t clean 4 year old daughter picked up adult items and almost put in her mouth. Not acceptable room should have been cleaned.

Good location. Front desk very helpful

Staff provided great service and were helpful. The rooms are clean, though a little worn (peeling ceiling in the bathroom, discoloration in the tub, etc.). For the price it's a good place to stay.
