Cute "roadside" motel. Had a small kitchenette, outside seating and a nice pool. Rooms could use some updating, but it was clean and the staff was very nice.

It was my sons birthday weekend and we were in town for the Country Calling festival. Great stay. Very accommodating. Would stay again if we visit!

Enjoyed our stay overall. Customer service is top tier. When we entered our room, we were met with a strong mildew smell. We contacted the front desk and were given the opportunity to check out two other available rooms to see if they were good. One had the mildew smell while the other one was good. Staff explained the AC played a role in the smell. I do think the rugs may have been a contributing factor as well. The rooms were all very clean. We do think that carpet cleaning of the rugs could be helpful otherwise the motel is awesome. Great for the price and again staff goes above and beyond.

So much care is taken to keep the property nice. Rooms are a nice size. Shower has great pressure. Only 3 drawers so if you are staying for a week be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Would rather no stove and another dresser personally. But pool is great, rooms are great, a truly wonderful property!

It was perfect for an extra day at the beach. Close to the beach, has a pool, competitively priced, mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator, friendly staff, close to restaurants and convenience stores. We stayed as an extra day add on to a mini vacation, and it was just what we needed.

Check-in was fast ,super nice and friendly they were super helpful the house keeper maria is Extremely sweet, our room was perfect super clean and comfty,the beach was less than a 2min walk and the pool was super fun me and my friends loved it and i will be back before the summer ends ❤️❤️

Typical motel so don’t expect the Ritz! We booked here because of the reviews. The beds, pillows, and bedding are super comfortable. Unlike some places, housekeeping does wash and replace the bedspreads after each customer as we witnessed it. The rooms are big. We had two dinette tables and comes with fullly equipped kitchen. The pool area is nice and it’s clean! There is an extra $10 fee for extra guests. My daughter was supposed to stay with us on the last evening but ended up staying with friends. My only issue is when I went down to the office to have it removed, the lady on day shift (6/7) told me to come back when I check out on 6/9 but we knew it was going to be a busy morning and wanted to take care of it prior to check out. I waited in line for 15 mins and she ended up helping the next customer behind me, she seemed a little . The next day I went to see Len and he took care of the refund in just one minute. I was pleased with his friendliness and customer service.

I can’t say enough about the staff, they were wonderful! The place needs a little updating like the comforter and maybe a few more pillows. Over the room and bathroom were very clean. I love that the room has a kitchenette and for an older motel, there was no mustiness

While Im not necessarily a fan of motels, this is absolutely the best motel I've ever stayed at. Having a full size fridge, stove, and oven saves so much money on dining. They thought of everything from the pots and pans to a dish towel and dish detergent! Its a very short walk to the beach, right on the strip, parking is free (as it should be but you'd be surprised), and the pricing is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend to those who are looking for something clean, affordable, and close to the beach.

Len at the desk is super friendly and helpful! The room has a full size fridge, microwave, stove, and even had dishes and utensils stocked. The kitchen sink also had dish soap stocked. Water pressure in the shower was solid. Bathroom and shower have dispensers for soap and shampoo.

My stay was great! Larry checked me in was a gem. Place was clean. Staff made sure we had clean towels. Walk to the beach is a breeze with a sidewalk right to the sand. Would come back again!

The motel was small, well-maintained, very convenient and the staff were fantastic! The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The parking was easy and so convenient to leave your beach stuff in the car and not need to carry up to the room. Just a few buildings from the beach and the pool area was also nice. Overall great experience and deal and we will definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you need. There weren't any napkins but we went to the office and grabbed some. The a/c worked really well. The pool was nice and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noise. It's right next to a very busy road, and I couldn't sleep without ear plugs.

As soon as I got there Leo, the guy that works there in the afternoon what is extremely helpful and kind and made me feel very welcomed. The next morning the lady who works morning shift was just as nice. They helped me out with anything and everything I needed. They even gave me advice of things I could do around there. I enjoyed popping my head in the office just to visit with them every once in awhile. Not to mention the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and they had everything you would need in there. If I ever go back to Ocean City that is definitely the hotel I will be staying at.

Pros: Great location, outdoor pool, nice kitchen amenities, reasonable price. Cons: A bit noisy (traffic) and shower (fluctuating temperature & low pressure).
