The room was fine. Not as nice as I thought it should be for the money. When we got there the air-conditioner wasn't on for us when we got there at 5:30 and it was over 105° outside. It took it until 2:30 am to finally cool off. The threshold for the front door was broken causing me to trip on it going in. I was also hoping to get a mountain view from the cottage like the website said I would. There were no windows facing the mountain, so that was disappointing. On the plus side, the hotel attendant was very friendly and suggested we take a trip to see another section of the park. We were so glad we did. It was spectaular!

A central location when visiting Zion. Once we arrived, we didn’t need our car with the free, local shuttle service throughout Springdale. Our room was spacious, clan and comfortable. The owners we helpful and friendly and gave us tips on how to make the most of our visit. We would stay there again.

I strongly recommend the Red Rock Inn. Our room was detached from other buildings, hence private. I think the shower faucet was not great, but perhaps I am misremembering! Our host was super friendly and very helpful with instructions about Zion NP. Breakfast was included, at Oscar's Cafe a few doors down, which provided an actual bona fide hot, full, great breakfast.

Beautiful accommodations, we wish we were there longer!!
The bungalow was immaculately clean and the products in the bathroom were great. We felt so safe and the room was lovely and quiet at night.
Outdoor space was great for star gazing around the fire pit.
Sharon was such a fantastic host, she took the time to talk us through hiking recommendations & local points of interest. (Thank you so much for the recommendation up past Scouts Lookout! The views were stunning!)
Please do not hesitate to book the Red Rock Inn for your Zion adventure. We had a great time here & Sharon really made it special.
PS, we’d love to know where you get your bedsheets from?? They are the SOFTEST sheets we’ve ever slept in.

We enjoyed our short (1-night) stay at the Red Rock Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our trip. The property was thoughtfully laid out - plenty of outdoor sitting spaces, and the view from the hot tub was amazing! The breakfast voucher to Oscar's was also a nice touch, we had a great breakfast there. Really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend!

Proprietor Sharon runs a truly unique, boutique establishment! We've been driving back and forth across the country, and have stayed in many hotels and motels. This was the best. Red Rock's cottages are individually and beautifully furished, with everything you need. Less than a mile from the spectacular Zion National Park. Right in the cool town of Springdale. Great views of the mountains from the Inn. Fire table. Zacuzzi way up on the hillside. TV and WiFi are great, not that you should need them much in this amazing part of the world. Plus, Sharon is a wealth of knowledge about not only Zion, but also other Parks in the area. Wish we could have stayed there for a few days!

We have traveled to Springdale many times and stayed in many great hotels. We loved Red Rock Inn for its small number of units and nice grounds. The hot tub is small but had it to ourselves both early evenings of our stay. The decor, linens and furniture are all top-notch.

We had a quick one night stay at the Red Rock Inn so that we could take in the sights of Zion. This was an excellent place to stay and we'd recommend to anyone looking for cozy, convenient, and good value. The room was super cute and clean. Easy access to the park (5 minute drive but easily walkable as well). Nice views of the canyons. The breakfast was included (voucher to eat at Oscar's Cage as block away....this breakfast was AMAZING). If you are looking for easy access at a smaller location this is a terrific find.

Sharon was an outstanding inn keeper who provided us with great information on how to best see Zion. Very quiet with a hot tub that provided a magnificent view. Breakfast is at Oscars restaurant and was enjoyable. We would stay here again.

This property is a very unique B&B. We stayed in the Gifford cottage. It was very spacious and upfront on the property. The hot tub was up on the hill at the back of the property offering the best view in the canyon. We will be staying here again.

What a perfect place to stay as our gateway to Zion! From the moment we arrived, Sharon made us feel so welcome! She was basically our Zion guide/expert and gave us many options. Sharon is a great hostess. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and after hiking, the spa tub is a blessing. The view is fantastic and location superb. I will definitely stay here again if we visit Zion!

Such a cute B&B! We loved the privacy of each room & the hot tub. The views from the hot tub - we enjoyed sunrise & sunset in the hot tub. Great location & the breakfast alone wins because it’s Oscar’s! I got the Belgium waffle combo both days.

Our stay at Red Rock in Springdale was excellent. Our host Sharon was very helpful even giving us recommendations for restaurants. The cottage was their largest and had a great kitchen and nice set up. The hot tub up on the hill was great and had a great view. Hope to stay here again.

Loved The Red Rock Inn as it was in the heart of Springdale and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping, 1 mile yo the park entrance. Sharon, the caretaker, was very helpful and assessable in providing park recommendations and giving us the Kay of the land. She referred us to bike and Narrows gear rentals. The cottages were adequately equipped and so cute. The hot tub had a great Mountain View and was a nice way to relax after a full day of hiking.

This place was a great stay. We stayed on Suite 8 that was facing the main road but when you close the door you can’t hear any car passing the street. One mile distance from the entrance of Zion National Park and on stop 5 of shuttle service. The included breakfast at Oscar’s Cafe was great. Overall was a perfect stay!

Nice decor and bed was comfortable. General Manager Sharon was very helpful, very knowledgeable about Zion, and made excellent recommendations. Great location right near shuttle stop 5, market, and great restaurants. Great breakfast at Porters. Would come back to Red Rock Inn again.

You feel like you are in your own backyard except for the spectacular views. The owner of the property was on site everyday to make sure you have everything you need. Walk to grocery, restaurants, excellent, free breakfast at local restaurant, e-bikes are the way to go at Zion Peddlers, best way to see the park and access the hiking trails. Outstanding experience!

Amazing place to stay in Zion!! Extremely clean, amazing host, very helpful with tips and maps of Zion. Very happy and would definitely stay again when I visit Zion! Breakfast voucher at restaurant with very delicious food! Parking was great and area very peaceful! 10/10 recommend!
