Wonderful Hotel with extremely friendly staff and a great relaxing atmosphere. Comfort, cleanliness, and fantastic breakfast each day: definitely recommend.

My stay was good except the provided breakfast was very poor. In fact I left the hotel every morning to eat at a restaurant.
I have stayed here many times and this is the first time breakfast was terrible.

light in bathroom not working and not repaired over a 4 night stay. Breakfast is not at all great reheated from prior days often. Very very slipery floor in lobby. Area rugs are not long enough to be proper running carpets given the amount of rain.

3 out the 6 days they didn’t have breakfast and even though they advertised they clean the rooms every day they did it every 4 daya

Good stay, clean comfortable hotel. Beds were comfortable and solid. Shower was a little tight and had a rain style head which does not have much water pressure. I’m not a fan of those, but I guess others do like them. Everything else including the staff were great.

Suite was clean, quiet, roomy and comfortable. Suite was located in the rear of the hotel and backed onto green space, so totally quiet and serene...Loved it!! Went to get groceries and when we returned there was fresh baked cookies in the lobby for guests!! Amazing!! Also free bottled drinking water!! Who does that?! Next time we're in beautiful Kitimat this is where I am staying!!

The stay at Microtel in Kitimat was above my expectations for sure. The hotel is easy to get too and find, with enough on site parking to satisfy most vehicles big or small. The hotel is super clean and the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the kind of clean where you feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is near most things in Kitimat as Kitimat isn’t exactly large. Overall our stay was lovely, the staff was amazingly helpful and would stay there again in a heart beat.
