Lovely and welcoming front desk staff. Quaint place with amazing location. Loved that they had a happy hour with wine and cookies, was an extra special touch. They were kind and accommodating since we were traveling with an infant.

The motel is an old school type place that has plenty of charm. Rooms are very small but bed was very comfortable. The best part of the stay is the very friendly staff and homemade breakfasts. They serve real coffee, no instant coffee machine. The breakfast casserole was fantastic! They also serve homemade chocolate chip cookies and wine in the afternoon. We'll be back!

Innkeepers are excellent at communicating with you and they provide amazing personalized service. I requested vegetarian food for breakfast and they happily accommodated me.Although the hotel was older the bathroom was updated. Our room was very clean and overall the hotel was very nicely maintained.

Nice location near the river and town. Friendly couple/ owners. Second floor had a balcony. Had to use stairs. Rustic but rooms were renovated and nice despite on the small side.

Rooms are little small, but it was perfectly fine for a three-night stay. Breakfast was great and the intimate atmosphere allows for meeting other guests, if you'd like.

Very nice quiet place close to Main St. Walkable. Very friendly, helpful staff. Pet friendly. In the heart of Ouray! Rooms are a bit small but clean. Small motel with nice area.

A nice little hotel nestled in the heart of Ouray, Ouray Inn offered us a great place to rest after a day on the trails. The daily hot breakfast was the perfect start, and sore muscles got releif from the very hot water in the shower. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again!

Its a old motor motel that has been redone. I was assigned a room in the basement. Nice enough bit still the basement. It was the exact same price as my friends paid for ground level rooms. I wish the motel would of informed of this. The room was not worth the same price. Other than that it was okay, no issues

The folks that run the motel are very accommodating and nice. I enjoyed my stay but the daily room rates are high. The entire place needs to be updated.

The property is outdated, the bathroom door makes sounds, free breakfast isn’t that great, just good enough to get by. My daughter accidentally bent the key, which led to us having to pay an extra 100 dollars for the key, which you can easily get it repaired for less.

The hotel was one block off main street. Perfect location. The breakfast in the morning and the happy hour at night were very nice. The King size bed was a little worn out, but slept ok.Great town. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery. I never got tired of seeing the mountains.

A wonderful Inn pleasantly located one block from historic Ouray’s downtown making it an easy stroll to shops and restaurants. A Bed and Breakfast feel with happy hour every day where you could sit and enjoy the view with freshly baked cookies and a breakfast that had a home cooked touch every morning. Perfect for bringing Fido along with designated areas for your dog to relieve themselves. This Inn thought of everything. A rug in the bathroom for warmth and comfort was just one of the little details that made this place special. We even had a buck walk right down the road in front of us as we sat and gazed at the majestic mountains around us. Close to all attractions and tourist spots but yet quiet and peaceful to give that rejuvenating spark one searches for when visiting Ouray. The staff were friendly and so informative of the must sees and experiences. We would stay here again and recommend a stay at Ouray Inn to anyone looking for the charm of a Bed and Breakfast while being in a small Inn.

I would rate below average to poor for the price point. The room was small and cramped and no where to sit and read besides a straight back hard chair and a small hassock. We had to pull an outdoor chair in the room for comfortable seating. The mattress was very worn. The mattress edge was so worn you couldn’t sit on the bed. With lack of seating…that was the only option. Room 112 mattress needs replacing. After hiking all day we needed good back support. As a consequence we cut our stay short to save our backs. Innkeepers were inconsistent in their customer service— one worked hard to rectify an issue the other was largely absent and curt.

Nice, simple hotel. Be sure to call and verify you can take your dog if applicable. I booked day before arrival and had some run around as they said there was no more “dog rooms” available but they did make it work after I requested a cancellation. No complaints afterwards.

Great stay! Super comfy bed and owner was very hospitable. Gave us ideas in town and treated us to a free glass of wine Excellent service! Even had complimentary spa towels in case we needed them. Would definitely be back

The property is in a great location to dining and activities. The innkeepers were very helpful. Breakfast was better than l expected with a hot dish every day. They even have a happy hour everyday with wine and cookies which you don't get often in a small inn. The rooms are a bit tured but for a mountain town it fits right in. Thank you and we will be back!

From this week-trip through different cities and towns in New Mexico and Colorado, this was definitely my favorite stop lodging-wise. The cabin was utterly gorgeous, cozy, and impressively well stocked. We had towels for days and we were only staying 1 night. We wished we could have spent more time here simply because of how good it felt to be in our room.

I love this little motel! Happy hour wine and cookies every day and hot breakfast! Very Comfortable bed, dog friendly, a block from Main Street. There was no desk/work space in our room, though. Definitely would stay here again!!
