Nice location, great design and concept, but horribly slow internet, not a single English-speaking channel on TV, super noisy (you can hear anything from noises from the other room to cleaning crews until late in the day), slow-draining sink, grimy. The check-in person cold and unfriendly (checkout crew was better). Got charged $3.20 for a small bottle of water one day, $2.20 another. Not the worst Hilton, but by far THE worst Curio I ever stayed at.

⚠️ an unusual damage deposit of 60US per night which is very dumb. One night only 60$ but if you stay 10 days 600$. I was taken back by this policy as I had never encountered it ever before. The charge appeared on my credit card as a charge too. I was told it was a hold. Loby sofas terrible condition and the sound from the neighbors I could hear word for word conversations. The worst sound proofing I've ever experienced. The location is quite nice in a small square with lots of restaurants close by. Staff were not very pleasant and when I checked out they were going to do the return of my deposit later that day. I asked for it to be done right away since they charged me right away which they did really quickly. I can't imagine leaving without having this issued settled. Imagine being thousands of miles away and hearing there's a problem. I actually can't believe this is a Hilton

Augustina and Camilla, were fantastic! Very helpful and professional… gave great alternative and spoke fluent English! I just wish the Hilton chain were more flexible with early check in’s for folks coming from long international flights. To not access a room until 3pm is very hard.

Whilst we enjoyed this hotel it appeared to be under construction. Door to terrace opened to iron staircase to construction zone. Amazing views from the top of the staircase. Hopefully Hilton will step up and finish construction. Room was comfortable, clean but not up to Hilton standards. Did Hilton buy this property before the end of construction. We would definitely stay here again. Staff were amazing, breakfast something for all diets, location cannot be neat. Not our first time visiting Buenos Aires, but our best hotel and location. Love the neighborhood vibe.

Excellent location in San Telmo, easy to walk to downtown area. Many restaurants and a little park-plaza right in front of the hotel where you can have a drink, eat, see tango dancers and listen to local musicians. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great! The only suggestion would be more USB ports in the room. It was a smart room. Having the only USB Port on the television , which required the TV being on to activate the charging was annoying. We had to have the TV on all night and had to cover it with clothes in order to stay.

Emailed the concierge twice a few weeks before arrival about early check-in. Never got a response. In the day of check in, we arrived early and they said they would WhatsApp us when our room is ready. Never heard from them. The design of the room is a bit unpractical. Only one place to hang a wet towel and the glass door to the bathroom gives no privacy. The room (8) is noisy and overlooks the main lobby and courtyard so we spent our entire stay with the curtains drawn. Really disappointed.

Our experience at Anselmo was outstanding from the moment we checked in. The staff are very helpful and attentive and willing assist you in any way. The restaurant is also very good. The rooms are comfortable with aircon that works very well. It is surprisingly quiet for the busy location. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and neighborhood.

The building was beautiful and the location was on Dorrego square, where there were frequent tango dancers. One of our party had a medical emergency, and the staff administered first aid, called an ambulance, and was very concerned and helpful . All of the front desk staff spoke fluent English. Front desk staff helped us with restaurant recommendations, banking problems, transportation arrangements, tour bookings, and answered a host of questions with competency and humor. I cannot say enough about the excellence of this hotel.
