Excellent receptionist and knowledgeable, clean rooms beautiful property! Restaurant in the back with pool lounge wait staff took a half hour to take drink orders totally ignored us party of 5 with food orders took over an hour to acknowledge us, was totally ignored by original waiter had to call a waitress over to take payment for drinks we originally ordered, was upset and not happy we were ignored for food order, we decided to to leave and just paid for drinks she picked up the bill after 40 minutes and ignored the fact she owed change!! The restaurant in the Radisson section of the pool and out door lounge we were ignored!! The hotel Park Radisson was excellent and accommodations. Only one negative experience with that particular restaurant.

Upon arrival the hotel looked pleasant enough, it had a welcoming foyer and staff members to check us in. But as soon as we started walking to our block to find our room the pleasantness disappeared, the elevators were tiny and terrifying to use, but we had to as we were on the 8th floor of 9, on route to the room you could see bad touch ups of paint, wires hanging out of walls and just generally run down space. Whilst the room itself was spacious (2-bed apartment) it was tired and run down and nothing like the images shown when booking. The bathroom was outdated and furnishings old, with lumpy pillows and duvets, it didn’t make for a pleasant stay. No slippers, amenities and the safe don’t work. Upon checking out we got trapped in the dodgy lift for a good five minute score we managed to go up a floor to get out, a truly terrifying experience. Upon compliant the hotel staff did offer us water and to pay for our taxi to the airport as an apology which we appreciated. It is not the hotel that we expected, a 2.5 star at best.

This is definitely not 5 star. Almost 4 star for the following issues. Location--Great location! Layout--The hotel is a labyrinth maze and has a poor layout. Front Desk--Georgina and the front desk staff are superlative. Georgina assisted with early check in, always, friendly helpful, informative, accommodating especially with early check in. Same with all the male staff at the front desk. Lovely and helpful. Mohammed was also very helpful when I arrived late in the night. Great fellow and the gentlemen were always nice about giving waters. Room--The room leaves a lot to be desired. Small. Comfortable bed. However needs a clock and more outlets for electronics. TV sometimes didn't work and the room phone to the front desk didn't work many times. The bathroom floor gets very wet every time when showering because there is no door or curtain. Breakfast---The breakfast (which was included in my room price) is decent and there were some non-meat options which is appreciated. If you want something quality like an omelet you will have to pay extra. Gym/Pool---Nice equipment. Miserable pathetic staff. Security and silly rules. Rules like, you can’t sit by the pool unless you are in a bathing suit. What kind of stupidity is this??? My girlfriend is watching the kids and just sitting there and she is kicked out by security, and the manager and the swim coach. Doesn’t anyone have better things to do in Bucharest?? The room was spacious and equipped with: safe, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, espresso machine. The stock of body soap was not renewed, and the sheets that got dirty were not changed in time. The breakfast was delicious and varied and the waiters were kind. The reception staff was limited and not available to help.

No easy access with a children's stroller, small elevator, dirty carpet in the room, old furniture, the shower head was leaking, small breakfast area, you need to stand with a plate and wait for somebody to stand up.

Arrival good, friendly, breakfast very good. Room basic, shower head not able to fit stand, 2 towels, 3 pillows for 4 guests. Asked for extra via phone not delivered, until 2nd day. Clean Ok wouldn’t avoid wouldn’t rush back

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and found it to be nice and large, with a small kitchenette, lounge area and bedroom. The hotel is very old and has 4 zones, Red, Green Blue and Yellow....was like a maze. The room wasn't the cleanest as there was a lot of hair in the bedsheets, bathtub and sink. Breakfast was nice, good variety, location is amazing as it's very central. Shame we couldn't use the outdoor pool as it was closed. The Worldclass gym was fantastic.

The location is very good, however, there are big differences between the rooms on the different colour areas, about their overall status and views. As far as my concern these rooms are fine for two adult only. The Reception team are great and helpful. Nice breakfast.

The property is only 4* because it shares some of the facilities with the actual 4* Radisson hotel, the Park Inn is more like apartments which I wasn’t aware of before booking. The first ‘room’ I was given was more like a studio apartment which sounds great but in 30c weather the AC wasn’t working, when I raised this with reception the staff on shift during the day didn’t really care but apparently sent an engineer after I went out for dinner but when I returned nothing had been done about it. The night shift however were more helpful and ‘upgraded’ me to a 2 bed apartment which was in worse condition than the first but at least 2 of the 3 AC units worked in there. Going back to the condition of the apartments, both of the ones I was give. Looked nothing like the pictures on any of the listings with red trimmings, they were both simple old fashioned looking with a lot of wear and tear on everything. I would give the property 2* based on condition, 3* because of the shared facilities however definitely worth the price and a disgrace to the Radisson name

Great location hotel but the rooms are quite dated. Check in and check out both to a long time as there’s only ever seemed to be one person on reception, even when they were busy. We had loads of space in our room for the four of us. The beds were comfy but the pillows were really soft. Also, the balcony had no furniture so it was nice to have a balcony but pointless with nowhere to enjoy it! The pool area was nice and a great respite from the heat. Overall probably not worth what we paid but a decent stay overall.

Lovely boutique hotel in the pedestrian zone in Bucharest. Offsite parking was provided along with assistance with luggage. As the parking is very tight, some 'juggling' of cars was required to be able to exit. The front office staff provide excellent service.

Great hotel. Very spacious room with a living room and a small kitchen. Outdoor pool area was fantastic. We got 2 hours extension for our check out which was really nice as our flight wasn't until in the evening. Great location - 20-25 minutes walk to Old Town. We would stay there again.

As a Radisson group hotel, I was very disappointed with the physical conditions of the hotel. I had to climb up and down stair with two heavy luggage because no ramp for proper movement was built. The corridors were really in bad conditions and my room was not great either. I am really sorry but no more park inn Bucharest and for the other cities I will take it with a grain of salt!!

Very complicated walkways no help with luggage and staff that don’t understand how to turn back clock and can’t depend on any wake up calls from the hotel Aldi advise that 40 minutes in enough time to doesn’t st the airport when you have international flight not dependable place wouldn’t recommend
