This is our second stay. Good enough to come back and stay while in the Bend area. It's in a great location, across from the Deschutes river trail and some really nice stores like REI, etc. This hotel has comfy beds and a convenient kitchenette. The room is clean, relatively new fixtures, and the staff friendly enough. It's dog friendly. Definitely recommend and will come again!

Great location in Bend. I felt the price for two nights of over 1300 dollars was excessive. In fact, it was price gauging. I have stayed in hotels in that price range and this property does NOT meet this standard,

I was pleasantly surprised with this wonderful property. The bedding was very comfortable. The room and property was immaculate. I loved that it was walking distance to both downtown and the old mill shopping area. If in the area, I would not hesitate to book again.

Proximity to the Old Mill and river trails was a perk especially traveling with a dog. And the room was clean and spacious. Traveling with dogs limits you to where you can stay and I was pleased with getting to stay here! I will continue to book stays here when we travel with our dogs!

The hotel is located adjacent to the Old Mill where you will find great dining and shopping. The hotel has a large parking area. The hotel staff were pleasant, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had an apartment sized refrigerator and small stove. I was told you could ask for silverware, dishes and/or cookware if you needed them. The unit could accommodate a multi-day or extended stay nicely. My only less positive experience was the noisy A/C unit - as the fan would shut off it sounded like a whining animal. I would stay here again, but bring ear plugs. Overall, it was a good experience.

Smelled like a cheap motel. Check in had all the making of a B movie. No, pleasant greetings today. They use an awful spray that is masking all the problems with extended stay place all for $261.00 a night. Spend the extra 75-100 for a hotel in Bend experience.

I was already a little unsure about this economy hotel, based on limited amenities, but reviews shared comfortable beds and clean rooms which was all we needed. The AC in the room rattled pretty bad and was woke us up several times, the walls were pretty thin and we could hear neighbors talking loudly, and the elevator up to the second floor jolted pretty bad just before stopping. For the price it was a value, but we sacrificed a bit of rest for the price. I don’t think I will be staying with MyPlace hotels again.

The room was clean and roomy. The bed was firm and comfortable. The AC kept the room nice and cool. Didn't use the kitchen but it was we'll set up. Reservation and check in prices was easy and smooth. The location was great got walking to the Old Mill District or driving to destinations around Bend. Overall, a very nice stay.
