This room was completely different. Rustic unit, updated with wood pine, small area, no closet, bathroom very, very small. Not worthy the money I paid. The outside area looks very rough, needs a lots of work.

Our attractive room was very clean and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. There were a variety of breakfast menu offerings, including freshly made cinnamon buns, and we had the option of enjoying our meal in the flower-filled back yard. The manager was very accommodating.

National parks tour pit stop, choosing to avoid the mass congestion in Moab. Instead, drive an hour further south to Blanding. Motel was small but cute — string lights to enliven the outdoor area. Continental breakfast in the morning. Small, but clean rooms. Very satisfied with the decision to avoid Moab. For dinner, stopped at a little drive in hamburger joint — tasty. Would absolutely stay again.

I wanted to check in early because I was very ill and just needed to crawl into a bed and sleep. The woman at the check in desk didn't think she could do that but she called the owner and did accommodate my request. I was so grateful and spent the next 18 hours sleeping! Felt much better the next day. I really appreciated their understanding and assistance!

The rooms were so cute and cozy, if just a little in the small side. Impeccably clean and the staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! I would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful mini home at the Stone Lizard. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. It’s a good idea to get groceries a cook in room because the nicest restaurant in town has mediocre food. We stayed out late to rnjoy stars at Natural Bridges National Monument and we leave this morning. But the menu for breakast here at yhe resort is like a B&B, rooms/mini house are beautifully set up and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This little gem in Blanding UT was amazing very unique with a customized design. From scratch breakfast and a great nearby Steakhouse for dinner. Very clean and a great staff and I am extremely picky! Book ahead of time they sell out quickly.

Expedia booked a room with a double and a twin after I paid for 2 doubles. They were booked and couldn’t give me 2 doubles. I don’t blame the staff but I do blame Expedia. The shower door stuck and my sister couldn’t budge it. I had help her out of the shower. The shelf over the sink stuck out too far and I couldn’t wash my face without smacking my forehead on the shelf. Otherwise the room was nice and the bed was comfy and clean. It is an old motel refurbished so don’t expect a pool or spa services ( I kinda did after looking at the description). All in all…. It’s probably the best motel in the area. If you’re going to visit the national parks in the area, you’ll really have no other choice.

The room was clean and had recently been updated. Service was ok but not very helpful when asked about the area. The breakfast was lacking because they ran out of food and coffee both mornings we were there. They had signs asking people to take only one item each but they didn't put enough out for their customers.

This place is a find. Book early or they will be full. Rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable, bathrooms awesome and let’s not forget the home cooked breakfast! Just a great place to stay! Very convenient, too!

I chose to stay here to visit Monument Valley. I must have missed the fact that it is 72 miles away. I also must have missed the fact that the suites are so small that they require Murphy Beds. Nothing about the place was bad or awful. It is located between Monument Valley and Arches Nat'l Park. It tries to be attractive.

Everything was very satisfactory, but the property was not at all an upscale accomodation. It is one of the hotels (motels) in Blanding, as good as any that we've stayed at there. The room was nice, breakfast was good but not elaborate nor with much variety. For what it is where it is it was very satisfactory.
