Excellent location. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Kitchen has the basic needs and tools to cook including silverware, plates and glasses. Refrigerator with a decent size for travelers. No microwave but, has a toaster instead. I think that a microwave will be more convenient to warm up take home food. Breakfast is included but, is not buffet and I think that it should be. I didn’t request room service after hours, so I don’t know if they even have it. Many good restaurants near by just in case and stay open until late. For transportation I use an application named Lyft that works like Uber and is safe. There are other apps like it to move around, just ask in the Hotel. I stayed for almost three weeks in Nicaragua and everyday I was walking everywhere and riding in buses during day and night time and didn’t have any problems. I felt safe at all times. I am planning to comeback next year and will stay at this Hotel again. In general, I think that it is an excellent place for the price.

The room was an apartment with a kitchen and living space, which was very nice. We didn’t need to run the AC because the building was quite cool. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe & at ease there. The check-in time is very strict so don’t arrive early! Our free breakfast was mediocre and didn’t come with the condiments you expect (butter for toast, etc). My friend never got his drink as the server seemed more interested in avoiding customers than listening to what we’d asked for. It’s a great location and I would stay again but skip the breakfast.

The hotel is on a great location lot of restaurants and bar outside the area what i didn't like about this location is that they don't have a restaurant on site i think they need to work on that. but the hotel is good.

Rooms spacious, good value for money. Good location to go out from. Drawbacks: wifi password was never provided. Given the water is no good, I’d expect a bottle in the room and I never got one. Breakfast requires a ticket, which is silly. I’ve never seen that in the hundreds of hotels I’ve been at. The room number should be enough. I was never provided any ticket by the way. The staff is unfriendly. It would be nice if 1) they knew a couple words of English and 2) if they made you feel welcome. I felt like I was bothering them. A smile isn’t so difficult at the cafeteria.

This hotel it’s located in the very , safe neighborhood, surrounded by good restaurants, pharmacies, and easy to find. housekeeping are amazing doing their jobs. I would like to recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the safe and peaceful and clean environment. Thank you Hotel RDG . Will see you soon.

The cleaning ladies were on point , went out in the morning and came back to a cleaning apartment, reception kept the check in process and request simple , very convenient for working and if visiting with family I recommend the apartment,

It was nice staying here. It was very convenient because it is close to the airport and close to bars and restaurants. The mall is also 6 minutes away as well. The rooms were big and spacious with a nice little kitchen. The staff was really nice too and welcoming. The only thing that I can say that was negative is that the beds were not that comfortable and there were not any blankets in the room. You have to ask for the blankets. Overall though great place to stay, it's in a safe area and your right in the middle of everything. I will be staying here again when I return to Nicaragua.
