The property is really nicely restored however some minor issues. Our TV was not working and we were upgraded to a larger room. However the occurrence that gave us a poor taste in our mouth was upon checking out. Front desk staff accused us of taking two unnamed items from the minibar In our prior room. We assured them we did not as we had purchased our own items at the local grocery store. Instead of apologizing, numerous housekeeping, staff approached us still accusing. It made my daughter feel victimized and upset. Not a great way to leave such a beautiful vacation

Room had multiple issues. Bed felt unstable. TV wasnt working consistently. Shower curtain clung to us while showering.l due the set up of the stall. Front desk said they had no other rooms at first but then they said they’d look into it. We were only there for a short stay and didn’t have time to wait for a managers decision. The people were nice but the room was not so great

If you would like to get some sleep then don't stay here. I'm not saying 5 hours, 4,3,2 or even 1 hour. People next to me finally stopped partying at 5am. I thought, maybe I could thankfully get a little 4 hour nap because I have a really long day ahead of me. I would say when I finally fell asleep a family and their kids made your way down to the pool. Yelling, cannonballs and even the classic Marco Polo. This is the kind of thing I expect in Kissimmee Florida before visiting Mickey, not the $1000 I paid to stay at the Beach House.

The Montauk Beach house was pretty good. Check in was smooth and the pool area was pleasant. The only issue we had was there was lack of service at the pool restaurant area, we had to search for server to assist us as they were focused on other guests that i dare say were not our complexion. Also we noticed that the GM, i believe named, Yanni, gave us 0 attention or even a greeting yet he managed to greet all other guests who again were not our complexion. We found this very disheartening because we spent a good amount of money and we travel alot and would expect a level of service reciprocated to all guests. The bright spot was Devin the server who was super attentive, showed grace and just was a pleasant person to me and my family. Big up and 10 stars to him. Overall all was well except for the minor bump in the road.

The rooms are very nice, but extremely small. The bathroom is cramped, and the shower is tiny. Everyone in our party was female and under 5’4”, and we barely fit in the shower. Most upsetting, the front desk staff was rude, unhelpful and largely absent. When someone was working the desk, they invariably had AirPods in, and made you feel uncomfortable for asking a question. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, but we basically had to beg for towels. We stayed mid week so the hotel was not crowded at all. There was really no excuse for such poor service in such a high end property.

This is more of a motel than a hotel. Over $500 a night for a small room with no refrigerator or microwave etc. No breakfast. The bathroom and shower were crammed into a ridiculously small room the size of a closet. Myself and my two daughters were hoping to have a better experience when dishing out that much $ but instead had a long sleepless night listening to headboards banging and people having intercourse in the room above ours. This went on for hours. The walls are paper thin. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My husband and I went to Montauk to celebrate our first anniversary and to get away after a long week. We love going out there and this hotel was beautiful And close to all. Due to the end of the season some things on the menu were sold out which was understandable. The pizzas were delicious. Our room was very spacious the bed was a little uncomfortable soft (as if you could feel the cut outs of the weight from others sleeping). They provided us with some options in the room that we could purchase. The first day we arrived the bartender was either hungover or drink. He seemed as if he didn’t want to be there I had to wait and ask for a drink. At nighttime the bartender was rude and Obnoxious. When we came in from after dinner we saw him we decided to go elsewhere from his comments he made earlier. Other than that the staff was pleasant And the check-in and checkout process were simple and easy. I highly recommend staying at this location if you want to be close to all and enjoy entertainment on the weekends.

We loved the ease of walking everywhere! We also loved the room decor and whole vibe. The pool was clean and there were readily available lounges for us. It was quiet at night but stuff was going on before 10 so that was perfect. Only wish was a minifridge to keep drinks cold overnight.

I liked the atmosphere, it was hip. But way too loud. Upon check in the music was as loud as it would be at a club. They tone it down at night but loud. Rooms don’t block outside noise well. Very expensive for what you get.
