The rooms were very nice. A couple of things that would make it better. Our room had a very strong scent, that was a little over-powering. The mattresses were comfortable but extremely soft. The shower/bath was small and we struggled to regulate the water temperature

The room was comfortable and very clean. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. There is no closet or dresser for clothes. There is a well stocked store for snacks and drinks on the premises and gas pumps. It is located in a beautiful area on the outskirts of town and not in walking distance to restaurants.

An amazing cabin on the river with grill on private deck. Ouray is 3 minute drive and Orvis hot springs 9 minute. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I booked a room for two, forgot to call ahead and rebook for4 people. They were totally booked up, but they had just finished a completely remodeled upstairs house for 8 but put us in it for 1/2 regular price. Had our on private patio complete with hot tub and gas grill, corn hole game. They are great people to stay with. Most accommodating I’ve ever had. Oh, it overlooks the river, like 50’ from upstairs deck, just beautiful. They could have just said”sorry we are booked and surely not going to rent us a 100% upgrade for 1/2 price. Thank you very much Forever grateful

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and we loved it. Check in and checkout was super easy and convenient. The room was super comfortable and spacious. The bedding was also very comfortable. My favorite part was the views. Don't forget to get your s'mores kit, this was so much fun! Would definitely stay here again!

We are already planning our next stay here! Everything about our stay was lovely. Check in was easy, dinner down the street at their restaurant was delicious, the property was beautiful, our cabin was story-book charming and we didn’t want to leave! I can’t wait to see it in the summertime!

Location was close to everything needed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Checking in and out was sooooo easy. Plus they provided us with smores kit for fun at the fire pit. We loved our 1 night stay here. Definitely planning to return.

The room was very clean, we stayed in the hotel building, there is a path by the river that takes you to the restaurant and the RV park. We used the restaurant for both dinner and the breakfast buffet. Both were very good, the staff was super friendly.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, really made you welcome. We arrived early, but they were able to put is in a room right away - terrific service! Their little store is really handy, too. Room was clean and comfortable.

Serice is great and touches like smores and outdoor fireplace along a hot tub were very nice. Towels, washcloths and sheets seem high quality. Coffee in room could have been better. Do not let the fact you check in at the gas station put you off the rooms are first class.
