Best hotel service ever thank you for everything. They even held it for me of my arrival time knowing that the office close at 9pm they waited for my arrival timing and still check me in as a happy customer.

Place was not dirty but there were bugs in the room and it was hard to reach the property via phone no one was there in the morning

What a great place to stay, even after two hurricanes they got the pool up and running. They were quiet during remodeling the staff and everybody was amazing. I highly recommended go to this place.

Only the Anthony, the worker. Was wonderful, but everything was broke. No air conditioning the second height, no TV. No internet. The bathroom door was a rule that has been drawn. It got stuck my family member got stuck inside the room.One King bed when we thought we had two double beds and two double pull out couches that were hard, nasty, yellow, nasty color nasty dirty.The floors were dirty and it's hard to keep them clean with the ocean.I understand that. Loved the privacy of the villa, but the repairs were overwhelming

The property is old and needs work, cleaning and definitely take you’re own amenities but it is a nice place to stay the staff was nice and always helpful the pool is great and very close to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely be back to stay again

Hard working employees were not only cleaning the pool, rooms, running the office but also upkeep of the facility. Sanding and repainting unused room doors which improved the appearance of the motel. Our room was fine, a/c was running upon arrival so the run was cool on a hot day. Loved having the beach right across the street!

It was a good location, close to restaurants and John Pass, pool was in good shape,but the room bathroom was dusty any had soap film in shower, we brought our own coffee and sugar. AC was super nosiy but kept room cool

This was a great place to stay. The front desk was friendly and we were able to check in early. The room was clean and tidy. It looked as if it was freshly painted and/or remodeled. It was close to dining. Walking distance to the public access beach. I would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. I had asked for dishes, coffee cups and glasses as we had a refrigerator, there were 3 of us - received pots - there’s no stovetop- received 1 glass, 2 cups 2 different size plates and bowls. This could have been handled better… The room was very clean, pool well maintained as well as the grounds. Again the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel staff very friendly. Only complaint about the actual room was that the water pressure in the not so attractive shower was very poor. Clean bedding, Comfortable bed. Only complaint about the exterior, A lot of stairs, should have requested bottom floor. Oh… Big plus is that hotel is right next door to The Reef resteraunt and bar.

THE WHOLE PLACE WAS TERRIBLE.WE ASKED FOR THE ROOM TO BE CLEANED DID NOT HAPPEN.DIRTY TOWELS,SHOWER,KITCHEN, EVERYTHING.THE HEALTH DEPT. WOULD HAVE A GREAT DAY. THIS IS PART OF MY REVIEW.

I think the property was very clean and well maintained, however, the beds make a very loud sound upon getting up kinda like a thin metal popping back into place. It is very loud and woke people up at night whenever anyone got up. Also the bathroom door only locked from the outside!!?? Not sure what that is about but the teenage girls with us felt very awkward about that. We aldo wish the pool was warmer.

The room was newly renovated which was nice. Very small though. Only one table lamp,that was super dim, on one side of the bed. Floor lamp didn’t work at all. One of the 3 lightbulbs in the bath room didn’t work. No fan or vent in bathroom. No hooks or towel racks for towels. No counter or table top to put anything on. Pull out sofa bed was horrible. Like sleeping o. Springs. Mattress pad and mattress had, what looked like urine stain, on them.

First of all, the hotel name "resort" deceived. It's a motel Secondly, base rate is for 1 guest (which is tiny remark). So they charge $10/additional guest Third, they only provide shampoo pouch (which can't open without a scissor) Four, mattress is so soft, back hurt

It was fairly priced, especially during the Spring Break rush. Walkable to the beach. As good as any of the hotels for rooms without a beachfront view.
