We prepaid, only to arrive and find them over booked after traveling 20 hours with 4 kids in the car. They were unapologetic, and unhelpful. It was absolutely horrible.

Mold in the grout of the shower. My wife took a shower and sitting on the bed reading a book and I look at her and the bottom of her feet were black ! So I mention she just got out of the shower! And hit me up for a $250.00 deposit.

Good price for the area

We waited on line to check in for about one hour. We had 4 people ahead of us, two couples that were arguing with the concierge at check in. They were supposed to get the room rates for less because they had family member living in Leisureville Community across the way. This delayed our check in otherwise we had no problems just checking in.

Found couple of hair strands on breakfast. Room is too dim.

This property is very convenient to the Boynton Delray Beach area. It is quiet, clean, and affordable.

Check in took almost one hour. Also did not know anything about $250 deposit per room

Didn’t like the foul smell in the hallway of must and dirty carpet. The smell got into our room. I had to scrub and clean the bathroom myself before allowing my family to use it. Breakfast options weren’t great.

Hotel feels little dated. All night kept hearing loud popping noises.

This was a good value in a pricey area.

I would rate this property a 2 at best. The entry clerk was friendly but the evening clerk not so much....i was on the 4th floor, toilet didnt work properly and shower floor was so grimy i had to use a towel on the floor to stand on...i don't typically like to leave negative reviews...this hotel needs a facelift/upgrade and/or staff that would make it better.

The shower was dirty with hair from other people.

Was SHOCKED to have a $250 hold placed on my card upon check-in! AC unit loud. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, very good water pressure.

Pool was FREEZING! Room was not cleaned on a regular basis. Had to ask for towels,tissues,etc

Stayed a week. Housing staff only made bed, emptied trash and left clean towels. Never replenished coffee or soap supplies. Would have been nice to have vacuum floor at least once during week. Other than that it’s was a good place to stay.

Horrible room cleaning service

Overall not worth a repeat stay. Would look for an alternate at the same price point. Breakfast service was poor. Short on many items. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Also I reported room safe as not working and it was not addressed.

The stay was good. The bathroom could use some updates! The breakfast was great. The poor working did a great job during breakfast! She handled some rude customers with excellent customer service!

250 deposit is insane other than that was good

The grounds and lobby and hotel staff were fine -- pleasant, staff was nice. Check-in was a little cumbersome, explanation about the new policy of holding a large security deposit amount on credit cards ($250), but okay, just a temporary hold, that fine. The room however -- vinyl floor in the bathroom and front area. Bathroom was so gross I skipped taking a shower in the morning. It was one of those hotel rooms where I never walked barefoot on the low-pile carpet. "Activities" outside my door in the middle of the night. Worst of all, the smell of the room was something I never smelled before -- wasn't quite chemical, wasn't a cleaning agent, wasn't cigarette smoke, it was something else. I should have checked out and gone elsewhere but I got there very late and had a very early flight, so it just wasn't worth it. Holiday Inn Expresses are usually very nice, but this one -- the room itself -- was one of the grossest hotel rooms I've ever experienced, and I've stayed in some rough places.

Reasonably charged - great place to stay. Shopping is in neighborhood.

I do not appreciate the fact that we booked a king bed room, only to arrive being told there is no king bed room available, and there will be no refund/difference in fare as the room had already been paid.
