This is a charming little inn over a pub withing walking distance to the other dining and shopping options. We stayed for a one night layover. The staff is very friendly an accomodating.

Clean, relatively spacious room in a lovely part of London. Liked that it was above a pub!

I stayed at the Swan Inn with my family for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed walking along the river and walked to Kew Gardens for a day out. We ate in the pub both nights as the Thau food was very good.

We liked the fact that it was an old pub, Inn so we could experience this type of Inn instead of the newer, in the city, places that we usually stay. They were nice and helpful.

This hotel is in a very quiet and adorable part of London. Accessible to walks along Thames and to Twickenham Stadium. Enjoyed my stay throughly.

Thanks good and short visit. The Pub downstairs. You can drink a beer in the evening or have a snack. British breakfast in the morning.

Excellent 3 night stay at the Swan in Double en-suite (2 extra single beds also in room). Spacious room, very clean and newly refurbished en-suite. Daily house keeping service. Bright and airy with views onto village green. Easy transport links into Richmond on Thames H37 bus every 12 minutes. Beautiful there - recommend river walk, Marble Hill gardens and house, Chez Lindsey and Richmond Theatre, Thames Riverboat trip to Hampton Court - fantastic! Isleworth is worth exploring too - lovely riverside walk to Syon Park. Nice meal at Swan, Sizzlers Italian restaurant and very friendly South Street Coffee and Icecream Shop. Friendly locals .

The swan is a good honest pub over-nighter. Not flash, but perfectly good and at a decent price. If little things like a bit of frayed carpet on the stairs etc bother you, don't come here. However, it's a decent standard pub stay at an honest price

Bed was comfortable and room warm and well insulated from street noise. Appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff friendly.

My wife and I have stayed at The Swan Inn before and hence we booked again this weekend. Very nice beer and good pub grub. I can recommend The Swan Inn.

The stay overall was okay, the room was fine and clean but the beds wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, the facilities were fine. The food was great couldn't fault the breakfast in the mornings and the Sunday carvery was very good. The area around the Swan Inn is lovely also so overall a good stay

I was sure that I chose this property because it listed a free airport shuttle. That turned out to be my mistake. However, once I arrived I was shown to my room and spoke of how hungry I was and that I would be down to eat in the Pub shortly I got down there at 5:25 and was informed that the kitchen does not open until 6PM. Ok. I can wait. Mind you I hadn't eaten all day so I was very hungy. and had expressed that to the young man that checked me in. 6PM comes and I go up to the counter to order. I'm told the cook just called and is running 20-30 mins. late due to traffic. Very disheartening considering how hungry I was. 6:40 rolls around - I go up to ask if I an order - yes - and was told the cook had been there for a while now. WHy had no one told me - when they new how hungry I was and had been sitting at my table for over an hour. Burger came and it was so greasy that grease actually sprayed out of it when I took a bite. I go up to my room and it is freezing cold - no controls in room to turn heat up - I go back downstairs to ask how to turn the heat up as it is freezing in my room. the young man turns a dial on the wall and assures me it warms up quickly. The room never heated up. I was so cold that I had to sleep with my coat on and my face covered up to keep my nose from being so cold. Was so cold when I got up to leave at 4AM that I couldn't take a shower before I left. Also the copied my passport in order to take my debit card. I didn't like that.

Very noisy people above out side +doors very small tv breakfast starts to late 730 having to cross hall for wc not the best
