Until our last night, we had a pleasant stay. At 1 am some other guests were being loud so we were awakened. With no night office, we don’t think hotel management was on-site to do anything about the unpleasant conditions but if they were, they did nothing.

Was an amazing stay and staff are super friendly and helpful! Great location to beach and restaurant near by! Elevator has long waits most days stairs are good if you have 2nd or 3rd floor room maybe 4th floor too.. by elevator is good to have for 4th-6th floors

First time visit and it was an overall pleasant stay. The front office personal was friendly, welcoming and informative. The room was clean and spacious. The building itself needs maintenance but besides that we had a great stay and would definitly go back.

More towards the south and away from all the crowds, the inn is very close to the beach. The sunset park and boardwalk are added benefits. The rooms are ok and comfy as most people are expected to spend most time outside. Everything is few mins walks away and super convenient. Rooms have everything you need

Absolutely amazing. Perfect location and family friendly. My son loved that housekeeping arranged his stuffies. Will definitely go there again.

Good service and clean. The smaller bed was a rock, very uncomfortable. The carpet was damp due to the air conditioning running at 67*. Sound travels via the bathroom. Very 1970’s decor. Parking was tight. My new car was scratched about 4 inches.

My family has stayed here several times over the years. It’s a very nice place! The front office staff are so kind and able to answer anything. The cleaning staff are great! My kids love coming back to the room to see what it looks like (towels folded into animals, etc). We will go again. We have stayed in all of the room options and they are very good. The pool is a nice way to unwind after a day on the beach or boardwalk. I just can’t say enough about The Lotus. We love it and will continue to return there.

The staff was very accommodating. The grills are large enough for a full meal if needed. The only negative was no regular frying pan in the room so bring a small one. And when i boiled water for my morning tea it kept setting the smoke alarm off in my room.

We stay for a long weekend. The location is great , across street from park and beginning of the boardwalk. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean. John B. at check in was Very welcoming and helpful. However, Judy at the front desk could use some manners. She was almost rude to me about my service dog and had a bit of an attitude toward me. I didnt like that, but i liked the place

Beautiful property. Staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended if you have children and want to stay away from the wildness that can be the boardwalk. Couldn’t be happier woth my experience.

We would highly recommend staying here. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is what you would expect. This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in and very reasonably priced. We love that it is non smoking and no vaping allowed. It is family oriented, great view of the beach and within walking distance or a short drive to restaurants, wildwood board walk, Cape May and Ocean City.

From the moment I entered the reception area - they were incredibly friendly. This is in October and yet they were still wonderful and helpful. My room had a nice view and was clean and nice. Keep in mind, that this hotel is not on the boardwalk, but there are two bike rentals nearby. Yet, that could be an advantage, you are away from the noise yet a 10-15 min walk away! I would stay at the Lotus Inn again!
