We got to the hotel at 7am and they graciously checked us in! The front desk staff was very accommodating. Then we met the Concierge, Fatih. Fatih planned our days and guided us to the tram, the cruise, the best time to visit all the sites. He was invaluable. Fer Is very conveniently located; within walking distance to the mosque complex. Would visit again. I

Couldn’t wish for a better location for our family trip in Istanbul. Walking distance to the main sights in Sultanahmet, but still relatively quiet. Rooms were large and well-appointed. The wifi had a lightning speed. Room was clean and bedding was replaced daily (maybe not necessary). Complementary water and coffee/tea. Staff is absolutely amazing, extremely courteous and very professional. The only downside is the level of maintenance. The sofa in the room had coffee (?) stains, one of the socket panels fell off, wood panelling in the room had visible glue leakage, the table was chipped, and when i lost a pen in a chair, i found out that breadcrumbs have not been vacuumed from it… probably ever. Having said this, it was by far the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in in Istanbul, and i will surely be back again

Hotel is in a great central location. Map of all the important sites near the hotel was very helpful. Concierge and staff services were excellent. We liked the first room (404), but found the smell in the room very unpleasant and had to request a room change the next day. The air conditioning runs very cold no matter how high the temp and how low the fan we set them at. Room gets too stuffy without any airflow.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Fer hotel, we were there for a week. Staff are attentive and helpful, it was quiet and clean. Aesthetically pleasing. I can’t fault anything, highly recommended.

The staff and service were great! Fatih (one of the FER employees) was exceptional and very helpful, and provided a lot of insight on what to do and where to go. The area was perfect, close to all the attractions and the streetcar was so close so you could go anywhere in Istanbul. We really enjoyed our stay as the staff were so helpful and the room service was attentive. The hotel was also very modern and clean.

The hotel itself was beautiful, location is perfect, breakfast was decent but they were lat with breakfast everyday. I also did not receive the VIP benefits from expedia or a room upgrade so that was disappointing. Breakfast is limited and the staff were always late putting out hot food and forgot to make my omelette two days in a row despite me asking about it multiple times. Took 20 mins one day and 30 mins the next so the staff need some more customer service training.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fer hotel. We are a family of five traveling with school aged children- we found the hotel to be extremely clean, convenient, with lots of great amenities. It had all the comforts of being at home in the US while being in an incredible location in Istanbul, just outside the Grand Bazaar and very close to all the highlights of the old city. The breakfast was great, both beautiful and delicious. We were particularly appreciative of very friendly and accommodating staff, including Ibrahim, who made it a great place to end our stay in Turkey. Highly recommend!

I travelled with my wife and 2 children, and we were all very happy with our stay. Everything in this hotel is as described, with the best hotel beds I’ve ever seen. The location was also perfect if you want to stay in the Sultanahmet area, only 2-3 minutes walk from everything. The staff were also very helpful in every way, especially Erhan, who made our stay in Fer Hotel much better.

Our stay at Fer Hotel was incredible. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Ibrahim. Highly recommend for a stay in Istanbul.

Good location close to the grand bazaar and within easy walking distance of the Blue mosque and other major sites. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they spoke impeccable English too. No view from bedroom other than into the central courtyard, however, we were out a lot and a view was not a priority. The decor was very chic and great L'Occitane present was awaiting us too!

Extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and highly recommend. The staff was amazing they were super helpful and friendly. Fatih, Ibrahim, Onur, Kamal, and Esraa went above and beyond. The hotel was very clean, nice, and the location was in a great area. We will definitely be coming back here and recommending to our friends and family.

The hotel is very nice and well located, you can go walking to main atractions and by train to Grand Bazzar, the station is just 2 blocks from the hotel. The breakfast is delicius with many options, and the staff is very profesional and nice they care for you in every moment. The room was very clean an confortable. I will recomend Fer Hotel 100%

This is a great hotel. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The cleaning staff was very thorough. The hotel provided complimentary water bottles, which was very helpful for long days with lots of walking! The neighborhood was also convenient. Everywhere was walkable, but we were on a quiet street. I highly recommend Fer Hotel!
