The hotel was in a convenient location. The front desk staff were very friendly.

The websites says you can check in at three, but I could not. Room had not been cleaned yet. I had a function at 4 so I had to get ready in my car. The desk person said she would check me in and gave me the key to my room. All was supposed to be good for when I got back later. Tried to connect to the internet later that evening. Would not work. Called front desk. That staff person said it wasn't working because I wasn't checked in. Even though at the three o'clock check-in I had shown my ID and they charged my credit card the “incidental fee” and I had been given the key to the room. So I had to get out of my pajamas, get dressed and go down to the front desk and show my ID, again, in order to get connected to the WiFi. It was a frustrating experience.

Convenient for all there is in the area but can hear the traffic from I-80 and all the doors close outside of our room.

The only thing I didn’t like is we had a big trailer and the lady said we couldn’t park when it was busy. Luckily it wasn’t. They need to say they don’t have trailer parking. We always have trailers and that info is needed!

Our stay was very nice, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. But the pull out sofa bed was not at all comfortable. We received clean towels and plastic trash bags as we requested. Front desk help very friendly.

I like the side of the room. It’s a very nice room

Nice front desk people and a comfortable, clean room! Spacious breakfast area. Some construction around the area and no lighted sign at the location where you needed to make the turn to the hotel.

Dog walking is not easy

Clean and inviting hotel. We met up with friends and it was perfect for kids and adults

Overall a great place to stay. Was disappointed there were no drawers or proper storage space for a suite with 6 people.

We stumbled upon this hotel, and we needed to stop due to bad road conditions from the storm that came through. It turned out to be a great place to stay.

Staff was very friendly

It was fine for an overnight stay. The AC couldn’t be turned down lower than 68 degrees which was a bummer. The front desk person was very nice about offering a later check out if needed since we were tired travelers.

Front desk personnel made this stay stand out. Overly friendly, anticipating needs, and seemingly actually wanted to be there. Service like this seems hard to find but they've got it figured out. From check in to check out the staff make this a great place

Super quiet room and wonderful staff. LOVE the breakfast!

Hotel was very dirty and shower door was broken and shower handle to turn water on was not attached to wall and no water. Very disappointed in this being a Hampton def not representing the rest of the chains that I’ve stayed in!

It was terrible because the bed was hard as a rock plus it cost way more than what it said at first. There was no hottub either.

There was an awful sewer smell in our room. We had to sit in the lobby from 6 am until check out. When asking the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it we had to contact Expedia since we booked through them. Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room had a few not so great things - the outlets in the bathroom did not work, nor did the light above the shower, and the tub was not super clean. There were exposed outlets in the room which was concerning as we have young children. We tried to use the indoor pool and the chlorine was so strong it burned our eyes and the pool water was freezing. The tv in our room stopped working and we asked the staff about it and they didn’t know how to fix it either. The room served its purpose but for the price we paid for a two night stay the overall quality of amenities and property were extremely disappointing.
