Fridge in room was broken, door did not lock, could hear every word of conversations on the next room. Found dog nail clipping in bed (I do not have a dog).

Townhouse is always a clean, comfortable and affordable stay. It is walking distance so great places to eat such as Schat’s, Jack’s, Back Alley, Whiskey Creek and Amigos. They just redid the pool, too.

Likes: Clean room, comfortable bed, responsive management. There was a problem with the deadbolt on my door and it was promptly fixed. Dislikes: no refrigerator, even though it was advertized. Noisy air conditioning unit.

Upon arrival, I was told there was no reservation in my name-- even though I had confirmations for four hotel rooms, three under one reservation number and one under another. I was then asked to step aside so that the person behind me could be helped. Then I was told there were two rooms reserved but not four. However, I could book the two extra directly if I wanted to. I just wanted to finish my day, so I took the two rooms from my Expedia reservation and booked two more. This has happened to me before, and I will not be returning.

This hotel is one of the older ones in bishop. It is clean, Bed was a Little high, but I'm short. The furniture is old but clean. There are chairs outside the rooms to relax or smoke. Check in was simple. ALL in all was nice place.

The location was very convenient to down town area. The location was quiet. The room and property needed repairs and touch up painting. The outdoor area needed cleaning. The pool was not heated. After seeing the condition of the property I tried to cancel my second booking with the manager but he said I had to do that with expedia. I couldn't get help doing that.

Very dirty. Ants in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and smelled like mildew. Holes in the wall. My family and I checked out within ten minutes of checking in.

This motel was disgusting. From the filthy hallway to the very outdated room. Apparently a "family reunion " was permitted and that meant 13 to 18 of the family was in the pool most of the time. Swimming with their clothing on! No room for anyone else if you had wanted. The next morning, the pool was so murky that I couldn't even see the bottom!! And-a large tent was set up so this family could cook all of their meals outside. NEVER STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING MOTEL!

This hotel was built in the 50's and has had very little remodeling done since then . Its a great stay for fishing the local area . Close walk to restaurant's and gas stations .

Always appreciate the good service and clean rooms. I usually stay here on fishing trips. Love the cleaning station and the freezer. My only wish is that the bbq worked so I could cook my catch fresh.

My family picked this option based on other reviews. We needed a halfway point on our way to Northern Nevada. We were not disappointed. The rooms were small but all amenities were provided. We found ourselves reserving a room on our way back and grateful it was given at the same price. We're considering reserving rooms again in July on our way to Yosemite!!

Location is good, just a lot of people drinking in the parking lot at night, room is okay. If you need a place to just crash while you enjoy the outdoor life for the whole day, than this is a place. but if you’re planning to “enjoy” the hotel room for hours, look for a better option… Pet fee, I was told 45$ than later told 65$ $15 a night / $21 a night I don’t mind the pet fees cause that’s what we have to do for us pet owners, just hated the fact that it changed within hours.

Very clean, simple hotel. Many things broken, ripped, not fully functional and staff was very curt and unpleasant. But the property was very clean and in an ideal location. There is no breakfast, FYI.

I will say this room is a basic room to stay in. The comforters were stained the air conditioner. You didn’t want to be on because it was so noisy. The plug for the coffee maker did not work. Had to put it in the other side of the room and plug it in, the bathroom tile was kind of partially done. No covers on any of the pipes or plumbing, but it looks like they attempted to put a new tile. Just forgot to do all of the finish. What I say to stay there. I will say that if you have to stay there, you’ll survive but spend 20 $30 more and get something that’s more appealing and then you won’t have bug bites

At first glance it is a budget hotel located in a prime spot of downtown. Upon checking into our room #32, the set up was very weird. #33's access is located on the shared balcony of the 2 rooms and is a very inconvenient set up. Everything is dated, and does not seem freshly cleaned. My expectations were low, but this was beneath that. Upon reading further reviews on google, many have reported bed bugs. I decided it isnt worth the risk of bringing bugs home with us so we promptly left.
