My son and I had a great time. From the pool to the good night cookies and milk, this hotel was the perfect choice to enjoy two days at the beach in a comfortable hotel, one block from the ocean.

Absolutely amazing! This was our first time staying at The Avenue Inn & Spa and I have never been to a hotel so beautiful. Staff were outstanding and friendly. Cookies and milk at 8pm is the perfect treat! We will be staying here again. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

First time at this hotel and we LOVED it here! We will definitely be back. Everything was top notch. The look and feel was so inviting. The whole hotel had a wonderful smell that just made you feel relaxed. Our room was beautiful and clean. The wine and cheese happy hour was a lovely touch as was the 8 pm milk and cookies. My favorite part of the hotel was the indoor heated salt water pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. The Avenue was a wonderful place to have a winter weekend getaway. Looking forward to returning!

This is our secret little getaway for a quick weekend trip in the winter. This property knows how to stand out from the rest. Not only is the place lovely with updated amenities, but they also go above and beyond with their daily wine and cheese from 5 to 6, and milk and cookies at 8 pm. The location is also fantastic. Walking distance to everything.

Good location

Love this hotel. Atmosphere is always positive. Amenities are the best. Buffet breakfast has everything you need. Wine and cheese at 5:00 is a perk. Will be back in June. Someone taking us in the golf cart and beach chairs to the beach is nice. At night sitting around fire pit with waitress service for drinks.What else can you ask for.

Prime season breakfast is much better than off-season breakfast (and is still delicious). Amenities are excellent!

We just like everything about the place

The Avenue Inn and Spa is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. A block from the beach, it is in the middle of everything yet very quiet and comfortable. It is extremely clean, very recently renovated and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The décor is beautiful, the wine and cheese is wonderful and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Also, the Blue Hen restaurant does not disappoint. We will stay there again for sure...and soon!

I love staying at the Avenue, however this time was not their best. Although the room was great and very clean, the absence of a full-length mirror in my suite was annoying as I had 2 events to attend. The location of my room was also an issue as the people on the floor were quite loud and made no effort to talk quietly, even well past midnight. Finally, breakfast Sunday was a huge disappointment. Getting there at 9:30, there were no fresh omelets, no fruit, very little ham, and even fewer rolls. The garbage cans were so full on both days i had to report it so plates wouldn't be littered all over the floor.

Despite the very bad weather conditions we had a good time.

2 different woman at front desk were curt, not welcoming and non-accommodating

I think Expedia should be clearer about the prperty. There are 2 different motels with similar names, but very different. One has no elevators, parking is difficult and apparently is very noisy. I was fortunate that they switched my reservation to accommodate my needs. AVENUE Inn II is very different!!

This was a great stay for a short holiday get away. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The holiday decor was very nice as well. I would very highly recommend this hotel.

Loved all the little touches like wine and cookies and coffee. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable although can use some updating. The sauna was dirty so didn't use. Love the chairs on balcony.
