Really nice and clean single room, staff are very friendly and helpful. A very well-appointed hotel with great amenities and located within walking distance of the train station, shopping, and restaurants. They have a really good breakfast buffet as well. Highly recommended!

The hotel was ok for our stay. Walls were very thin though, especially in the bathroom. If you were in the bathroom and the people next door had their bathroom door open, you could hear everything. Staff were lovely, although you had to hand in your keys every time you left the hotel. Breakfast was pretty bad. Coffee tasted like dirty water. Lots of free stuff though in the lobby which was nice. Free miso soup sachets, green tea, toothbrushes, hair brushes etc. Probobly wouldn't stay there again, but all in all, it wasn't too bad.

Close to a tram station, but actually not close enough to the ShinKanSen .The facilities look old for smoking room.

First capsuel experience and it was great. The bath was also nice and clean. I found the personal tv for each bed a nice touch. Wish the space was a bit longer for people taller than 170cm.

Great location. You can walk everywhere. Friendly staff. We had a nice room in the 8th floor. Wifi is fast. Plenty of bath utilities, towels and instant coffee :-) We would book that hotel again.

The room was not so spacious, but was clean and equipped everything I need. The wall might be a little thin as voices of guests staying at next room were heard slightly.

The location is pretty good. Although if you want to play the game "count the stains" this is the place for you. Pretty old, probably built right after the bomb was dropped, so gets a point for historical value. The people at the reception were nice and helpful.

Hotel was pretty good - fast wifi, good toiletries, nice staff. It is little dated though and location was so so. Room was tiny (in japanese standards it was quite big :p). All i all pleasant stay.
