it was good for the most part other than the moldy bathroom.

Wi-Fi slow, trouble checking in, older motel

Halloween night, started to hear noise from next door occupants, was dreading the night but they leftvthank goodness

The hotel itself was decent, but the area and traffic was loud . I can't imagine how much louder during peak season.

They accommodated our requests to rooms together, 1st floor, closet to parking ,immediately fixed nonworking tv and switched out new remote.

Clean and comfortable. Only complaint was lots of noise next unit, late rowdy party of drinkers.

Shady people hanging around

It was just OK. The front desk was great but the room was smelly and the bathroom has mold on walls and corners. The smell was covered up by a fragranced smell but it smelled bad.

This is a relatively clean and comfortable place. They are pet-friendly and convenient.

Would have been better if pool was accessible earlier in the day when it is extremely hot outside. The bathroom in room 221 was missing the toilet paper holder. This should've been fixed before renting out the room to the next guest. The overhead lamp above the bed closest to the window was flickering during the entire stay. The fan in the bathroom barely worked, and the entry door to the room gets stuck when you try to open it.

The room was clean, the bathroom could use new grout on the floor. The sink and tub needed their drain stoppers installed. Otherwise we loved the amenities and location. We had fresh coffee every morning, the pool was spotless and had new concrete borders. The pool had excellent sun on it and the lounge chairs were comfortable.

Owner/Manager was very accommodating. The property and amenities at $280 a night was not worth it even on a holiday weekend

The workers were very polite and nice. Very welcoming and wanted to make sure we were comfortable in the room. The room was very clean but there were things in the room itself that needed fixed, ex toilet paper holder, bedspread and pillow case needed stains removed.

They weren’t queen beds as described when booking; no microwave/ worst out of all hotels I’ve been to. Even the ones that cost less have a microwave and coffee maker with cheap coffee at the bare minimum. Wouldn’t recommend

Everything was good, clean, and well taken care of but we were packing bags and changing right before we left and mid change, the front desk lady used her own key to unlock our door without knocking to let us know we we’re supposed to check out at 10 AM and it was 10:01 am, not exaggerating. Invasive and extremely disrespectful as my fiancé and I were both changing. We then walked out and were fully checked out by 10:03.

Internet is to slow

I put a reservation for this property. Sept. 1st-2nd 2023, (Labor-day weekend). All of a sudden I'm getting a phone call on my way to Cape-May. He says you need to check out. He knows damn right well I made a Reservation for 2 nights.I've been gipped. The Indian restaurant is next door. Beware!

Everything very clean

Rims are clean and comfortable. Pet friendly.

The property was cute. Gave it a homey look. The rooms were clean. What I didnt like was that I rented 2 rooms exactly the same and had to pay $20 more for the 1 room.

The service provided to us by management was spectacular! We arrived to management assigning us a rool that was not yet cleaned, however after alerting the property manager we were moved to a fully cleaned and made room. Unfortunately in this room the lights over the bed would not work initially, however once again after alerting the manager these lights were fixed. Both issues were addressed in quick and convenient fashion! This is an inn so it will not be a luxury stay. The building looks unappealing from the outside, there are scratches, cracks and other signs of ware inside the room, but the bathroom area looked newly renovated and the room was properly cleaned.

Love the family that manages this property. This is my second visit to this Red Roof Inn.

Front office was very polite and helpful. Place feels clean and safe. Great place if you're looking to stay within a few miles of the beach and want shopping near by.

The outdoor area was a pleasant surprise to say the least! We regularly stay at Red Roof Inns but never with dedicated seating & picnic tables with umbrellas and a nice pool area Will definitely stay again and will recommend to others! Pete NYC

The clerk at the front was very nice, however in the evening we felt extremely rushed to check out. Also our email said check out was 11 but then we were told that it was 10. The actual room/bathroom was clean and well kept. The shower had poor water pressure. But the employees there were still very sweet

Overall it was an ok stay. The few reasons we didn't give it a better rating was because the room was a little cramped, the shower was terrible, the window curtain was insufficient, and the check out time was too early. So, the shower started out cold and by the end of it, it only got up to BARELY luke warm, and with the size of the room, we did have a king size bed but the room was still on the small side. Now with the curtain, it did not completely block out all the light, the light was still coming in from the top and one side so it made it harder for us to get to sleep. Lastly, the 10am check out time was super early to us, we've never stayed at a hotel with a check out earlier than 11am, so that was a little disappointing.

For the cost this hotel should be nicer. Paid over $300 for one night. The beds are awful, the towels are the worst quality and the water ran brown for 3-4 minutes from the sink and shower.

You get what you pay for. Don't expect anything more. It's clean, beds are ok, that's it.
