Really nice place, outdoor garden is pretty and a good place to chill out. Big downfall for us was the bedroom being a loft and close to the ceiling, the upstairs guests were making loud footsteps constantly in the night- even 4am I was woken up by it and it went on for hours, also made the floor click/creak above which is close to you due to the ceiling. Early mornings we were not able to sleep and relax. Ruined the stay for us unfortunately as the sleep was so interrupted. Everything out was great.

The staff was welcoming and available at all times. We enjoyed the easy access to everything and the ability to prepare food and snacks as needed. Easy check and check out too.

Very nice apartment! Close to the metro, has supermarket around and has pretty much everything you'd ever need. They also provided us with baby cot and high chair. Stuff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The downsides: the mezzanine level is really hot, I mean it. There is no AC so first few nights were difficult to have a good sleep. The fan provided there was rattling but stuff kindly provided us with another one. It was quieter but still too loud. Eventually they offered us to open the sofa bed on lower floor and that really made difference (but rendered bed on the mezzanine level useless) Lower floor in our room has direct access to the garden and with blinds wide open the room is sunlit! What lovely mornings.

The apartment is very beautiful, the location is great and the service is perfect as well. Only the shower is very very small and makes it difficult for tall people to shower on it.

The Baumhaus is oustanding! From arrangements made to and from the airport, the rooms and amenities, and the staff are amazing. We left Porto, toured some other places and came back and it seemed like home!

Beautiful building, super modern and beautiful rooms. The garden is lovely, great place to relax! Our host, Luisa, was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a nice area, 15-20 mins walk from the city centre. The route is very pleasant and safe, we walked from the centre to the hotel at 3am one night and felt very safe. A great experience overall!

We always like to have a kitchen were we stay. we appreciated that all the equipment had an owners manual there in the room for any questions on how to work the appliances. Everything was tidy and thoughtfully arranged. The staff on duty were helpful and kind. We would strongly recommend this property.

Home from home... Great property in a great location, easy to get to from the airport by metro, the property is a 2 minute walk from the station. We were able to walk everywhere in the centre of Porto from the apartments. The apartments are on the bus route to the beach and also the Contemporary Art gallery and gardens. The apartments are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff (Daniela & Luisa) are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome and lots of useful information about the City and surrounding area. Communication leading up to check in was great too. We will stay here again on our next visit to Porto.

We loved this modern apartment. It was clean, well stocked, and had a wonderful yard. Daniela was great and spent time with us during the checkin process to explain the apartment, offer suggestions, and answer questions. She was also available throughout our stay (it was over a Holliday). We have already recommended the apartment to friends and plan to return if we are in Porto again.

Large well appointed top floor room with large balcony overlooking good easy accessed garden..Well appointed room with comfortable bed and pillowsGood location for exploring and very friendly helpful staff Porto fabulous and we would stay here on our next visit to PortoThe only warning is the top floor requires climbing stairs,but well worth the effort

Beautiful apartment, very clean and well-kept property and wonderful staff made Baumhaus a great place from which to explore Porto. The neighborhood has all the basic amnmenities and it is an easy walk to the historic area and the river. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.

It was a pleasant trip because of Baumhaus serviced apartment. When I visited Porto, I used a transfer service (25 Euro) to the apartment. The house was very clean. My family had an allergy to poorly cleaned bedclothe, but no member had the allergy. We cook various foods using cookers in the room. Nearly all cookers are ready. The place was close to the tourist attraction and metro. We can walk to the various areas on foot, Bus or metro. The only shortcoming was narrow shower booth.

Very nice self service apartment, Daniela was an excellent host, very friendly. The hotel is in an older residential area a 20 minute walk to the waterfront.. A couple of local coffee shops and a grocery store nearby are nice. We had a lovely room on the lower level opening out to a backyard garden.

Very clean, seems new, beautifully decorated. Daniella? was so helpful. About a 20 minute walk to the tower. Only problem was the upstairs neighbors were noisy on our last night.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and charming. Decoration and “equipment” are where they are much better than hotels, far beyond from standard. We had a fully furnished suite with all appliances so it was a perfect accommodation for our family, as we have two young kids. Location was also really good, somewhat residential and cozy but a just a few blocks away from all the action in Porto. Daniela and her staff were wonderful and we felt like staying with family, but with all the necessary independence, of course. Highly recommended and great experience overall!
