Hotel is self descrbed as "work in progress" but it was clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable! Also convenient to visit my daughter in Woodstock. I would stay again.

Wonderful location. Nice folks. Budget hotel worth the price. In sore need of some tlc. Internet not useable for business but i shouldn't have been doing that anyway. If a few repairs were done i would rate it much higher.

Close to the center of town with everything a person needs within walking distance. Made for a pleasant trip to see Clarks trading post. Rooms were neat and orderly, the beautiful river in the backyard is a nice touch and the pool was sparkling clean and well maintained. Thank you

We got sucked into a last-minute reservation by the good reviews. The room was clean but old, dated, spartan, lifeless, with low-quality materials. We had an end unit. It was quiet but had a low 2.4G wireless signal that was unreliable. The bed was comfortable enough. The AC worked, which was a bonus on a muggy night. We got a welcome email telling us how their contactless check in system works at 11:21am -- 21 minutes after check OUT. It was easy enough to figure out. Easy river access.

As far as motels go it was clean, convenient and quiet. The rooms were small but had a fridge and cable television. The pool was clean and the grounds were cute! A little fire pit and access to the river were nice, and there are several good restaurants in walking distance.

The property is kept clean. It appears that the owners are making improvements to the property one project at a time while keeping the grounds and the rooms clean. This is a great location, priced fair, I will return again and will be excited to see the updates done in the future.

For over $100 this property had a lot lacking. No clock, no place to hang clothes, no place to put luggage except on chair, bed or floor, no hair dryer, pool was empty. If you needed to use AC you would have to climb on a chair to operate it. It was very clean and that's why it got a 2 rating for overall. Charming brook at back of property. Wouldn't stay there again.

The room and location were fine, everything is good except a little bit slow internet speed and the lamp was broken. However, their customer services are bad and staff is very rude. They insist we took their TV remote, but we didnt. We explained to them that we even didnt use their TV, but they still insist they will never make mistake, all mistakes are the customers mistake, put the charge on us and hanged up my call. I have booked rooms with Expedia for many years, this happened first time to me. Anyone book this porperty further please be careful with this.

Worst customer service ever. Zero interaction with staff, poor response to call - “oh I’m at Lowe’s” was her response when I called. The property is old, dated, in need of upgrades. Had to listen to creaking floor of unit directly above us all evening ( which I can only assume was the mystery owner we never saw since the door said “Private”.

It was a great place to stay. Clean! Nice bathroom; obviously just re-done. Convenient to everything you need. Extremely pleasant staff, EASY check in and out. A couple of small issues; one of the lights in the room at the head of the bed was burned out and we called and left a message to get it fixed but no one ever came. The sink in the bathroom was backed up when we got there, we called and someone came and fixed it with no problem. TV did not work; only able to get a couple of channels, but we didn't call about it, as we were out of the room most of the time. Lastly, no hot water in the bathroom sink, but we didn't call about it, the shower hot water was fine. These few issues would not stop us from staying there again. Great price and location!

Been watching the rebirth of this Inn for a couple of years. The hard work has paid off. Great little motel. In a great location for a very good price. The lack of checking in with a human was a little disconcerting, but seemed to work. The room was in great shape, parking right outside the door.

Very clean even though it is relatively small. but the location is perfect on the main street of North Woodstock. There are restaurants nearby. It is convenient to enter the white mountain forest from the west and south . Very happy with this price at such a perfect location near everything . The owner is very kind.
