It served its purpose, did not spend a lot of time at hotel

First day I stayed there the keys were not lock the door so I had to go back to the office (inconvenience) to give back the card keys and get new keys for another room which worked. The TV in the room did not appear to work properly otherwise everything else was good.

Room was nice beds comfortable bathroom adequate but the bathroom door hits the toilet when u open it tiny bathroom for a room with 2 beds and. Couch. Phone in the room didn’t work I did love outdoor space seating and areas to eat outside rocking chairs that all was great. Problem at night my sister saw a mouse thought she seeing thing but later I saw it too. Yikes room on top floor surprised to see a mouse No way I could stay in that room it’s was around 9 pm. Room 228 was the rm# desk gave us another room I didn’t want to stay in same area so room they gave us wasn’t the ddd as me type which I paid for the larger room
201. Door wouldn’t open had go back down agent couldn’t open either he opened room door 203 and we slept there. No comp was offered not type to complain but inconvenience to move so late

It was a very nice place. Everything looked new and updated. I took my daughter there for her birthday. The only issue was the tub stopper did not work. Not a huge deal. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived and was told there was no parking available. Had to park on street. Thank god it was off season and there was parking available and no meter required.
Pesky fruit flies in our room.

Lots of issues. $20 a day parking charge that we were no aware of. No WiFi service in first room after my husband troubleshooting with someone on phone they said maybe could move us the next day.Issue with door entry…solution staff banged on it with wrench! Issue with parking spot being taken when we returned to hotel. Spent a lot of time on our trip dealing with issues.

I booked literally while walking to the hotel due a conflict at my fathers hotel. The entire hotel was renovated and beautiful. Rooms were clean, well kept and mordern. The deck overlooking the boards was fantastic with updated decking. Rockers, tables and comfortable cushioned seats as well.
Staff was great and office was staffed 24 hours to attend to guest needs. Did i mention the hotel was pet friendly? As a dog lover it was great to see the pups.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Only negatives were lack of a coffee pot in room and light access. The hotel had great updated shades as well as darkening curtains but due to lights essentially outside the room it was disorienting when waking up and seeing light around window and thinking it morning.

My stay at the Hotel Cabana was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly loved the deck on the upper level which overlooks the beach and boardwalk. Was my first stay, but certainly not my last.

We had a nice time, room was very nice, hotel was clean. Hotel is located directly on boardwalk so it maybe loud in the summer time.

We have stayed here before and loved it but this time, parking was not available when we arrived Friday evening. My husband needed to park on the street and had to pay hourly - and it continued to the next morning until a space became available. We also had to pay to park at the Hotel the next day - $20. And...they debited my account two days before we even arrived at the hotel to check-in. It is a very clean hotel - but unfortunately, we will not be staying here again.

We were greeted very kindly at check in. The staff was great and they had water and lemonade in the lobby--which was nice after a long ride. We were given our keys and parking pass and a very nice guest bag. Parking was easy. The hotel sits right on the boardwalk, so it is really convenient if you want to walk the boards. The room was really clean and updated and the beds were comfy. The only issue that we had was that the hotel is pet friendly--which is nice for pet owners, but the pups next door were quite vocal in the early morning. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! Wonderful staff and very clean rooms.
The only negative I would say is the extra $20 for parking & stairs going up to the rooms when you have a lot of luggage & a family. There was also an additional fee for my dog $75 which was not very clearly stated prior to bookIng.

Everything was great except I wasn’t aware of a $200 hold on my card ( would have appreciated knowing this in advance). WiFi was very weak and the smart tv never worked.

We stayed at this hotel in 2021, before it was under new management, so I didn't think to check reviews beforehand. Great location, and housekeeping definitely worked hard. But - a few things that weren't great. 1) change in parking rule from 2021. Parking spots are not guaranteed. If/when you do get parking you have to pay for it (that was new...). 2) The shower was absolutely awful. When I say the water dribbled out, I mean it dribbled. Zero water pressure. Any thick haired people are not washing their hair. I guess good for the ocean and pool to rinse in, because it wasn't happening in the shower. 3) Out of the 6 electric outlets in the room only two worked (one was in the bathroom). A family of 4 had to take turns charging devices, and had to charge devices in bathroom. I get that these are all first world problems, and if I was camping or paying maybe $100/night I wouldn't even think of taking issue. But at $300/night, I don't want to take turns charging my cell phone in the bathroom and use the hotel pool to clean my body, since the shower doesn't work.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. The beds were comfy, and the room and bathroom were very clean. I do wish they would have provided a coffee maker, and the parking situation was less than ideal, however we were able to find free street parking about a block away. My only complaint is that the room description did not say that the two twin beds were bunk beds. We were initially supposed to have 4 adults, and that would have been an issue. Thankfully one person couldn't make it. Aside from that, everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE for any reason!!!!!
Rude staff , no parking, make you park on the street for $35 a day with no warning . Staff entered our room right after check in without our knowledge then charged us $400 for damages for a perfectly fine room that remained the same when we walked in . Same rude staff answers the phone . There are hundreds of other hotels in wildwood for the same price . Do not stay at this one . This is my third time returning and I will never return again . Make sure you don’t make my mistake .

Property as depicted and right at the boardwalk. Pool was clean and employees maintained the facility very well. I stayed two nights. Someone empty the garbage and replenished the towels but didn’t make up our beds. Someone also parked in my assigned parking spot a whole day. Staff rectified it but it was annoying. They charge $20 a day for parking instead of $15 which is what was advertisement on the website. Beds were comfortable but you can hear doors opening and closing and people walking near the room.

Recently took a last minute trip and found this hidden gem on Expedia. Great location, very clean, friendly staff and overall a very pleasant experience! Will def come back for a longer stay!

It wasn't bad. We are a family of four so the trash was a problem. It has little trashcans. The floors were extremely dirty. My kids socks were black. Other then that the location was great.

On our honeymoon, hit many hotels,. I Atlantic city, seaside heights and wildwood,. This hotel was the best, so close to the boardwalk...will stay here again in the future.

Hotel was clean and on the boardwalk and beach. However there was no parking at the hotel. We had to meter park at $47.50 per day. We were put on a parking waiting list the next day , what the hotel doesn’t tell u is that they charge u to park the car. Pool was small and not very clean but ok. Bedding was horrible and very thin sheets

Parking was not included which I was unaware of until I arrived . There was mold in the bathroom. The receptionist was rude , seemed inconvenienced and was completely unconcerned with my requests. I have a picture of the mold growing in my bathroom if you would like to see it.
