Horrible place, the only good thing that made it barrible was the fact that is was on the beach, other than that, the room smelled horrible, hole in wall, no proper service for assistance, and when I mentioned I didn't feel safe in the area, nothing was done about it, people walk around outside my apartment doing drugs smoking and so many other things and when I mentioned how I felt no one was even concerned...

Room was worn down: toilet didnt flush, had to lift top to allow it to fill. Floor was extremely dirty, top sheets and towels were stained. It has potential but needs work...or atleast to be cleaned thoroughly.

Place looked clean but there were bugs and roaches in the room and 2 AM people standing outside my door talking loud then started beating on my door one of the staff members said it is homeless people that hangout there. Sheets were dirty from the last occupants. Paid for the whole week only stayed one night and they wouldn’t refund of even consider it

This place was quite dirty. We did not want to take our shoes off. The toilet was not properly cleaned, aesthetically the place looked very shotty. They claim to be newly remodeled, but there were huge areas were painted been peeled off the wall. The turntable in the microwave was missing. Nothing looked remotely new.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was nice for the price except the bed sheets were dirty. That wasn't the serious problem. The serious problem was the amount of drug dealing and people going through stolen property under the stairwell next to our room. When I notified the owner we weren't comfortable staying he refused to give a refund for the following night as I had paid for two nights there. We ended up leaving without even putting our luggage in the room as we were afraid we might get robbed. Seriously unsafe hotel. I have stayed on Ocean View many times over the past 4 years and never had an issue like this.

The rooms were not clean, apparently they did not change the sheets, they did not even look at the the bathroom to clean them, and the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the room was unbearable.

Stayed on 2nd floor this time. Got the "Beach view" instead of "ocean view" . Deluxe riom .. bed was soooo comfortable!! Had stiv5e and refrigerator. Great view from window. For the price you wont find a place right by the ocean for a better price.

Broken TV; broken window blinds; felt unsafe; front desk uncaring and unwilling or unable to change our room; I felt we had to leave and find accommodations elsewhere, which cost us an additional $150; requesting full refund. Thank you.

The toilet was leaking from the time we arrived, the room itself was DISGUSTING when we walked in. We weren’t given any additional linen and housekeeping NEVER came. There was a van stationed next to the parking lot watching us every time we came outside, not to mention all the drug addicts surrounding the Inn. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING! Only good thing is we were walking distance of the beach.

All of the bedding was dirty. Requested clean bedding. They brought me a bag of new bedding and left it at my door. It was still dirty. There was trash all over outside, including a broken down trailer that was overflowing with junk. There were broken chairs and other miscellaneous garbage on the path down to the beach.

I have used that motel for many years, I go with my family every year, I go up to 3 four times in the summer And now it was a very bad experience because I found it very dirty, there were a lot of drugs, dark-skinned people with weapons and for the family, I think which is not very healthy, there was a couple having sex in front of us in the car, it was a very bad experience.

The floor was gritty - like it needed swept and mopped. There was mold on the shower wall and curtain. There were no hand towels and no place in the shower to put a bar of soap. There was no place to hang multiple wet towels. I had shirts on hangers but no place to hang them. There were no real blankets on the beds - it was a sheet and some other light weight thing. We were cold. My daughter use her beach towel as a blanket. The first night we were there, someone's car alarm went off at 3:00 AM and continued off and on until 7:00 AM. Other people staying there tried to help but no employee ever came to check it out. It was right outside our room and so we got little to no sleep. Room did not look like the picture.

The room we originally was given was terrible. The bed sheets were stained yellow and brown, the dressers had random dirt particles in it. The entire shower curtain was molded. Toilet and sink were not cleaned. Even worse, the dead bolt did not align with the door so you could not lock the door and the top lock was broken off. The fridge did not work. I requested a new room and they easily gave me a new one. The new room was way better. Everything was so clean and did not look very used. The door was much safer. We did see a roach crawling on the wall. It was a decent room considering the price. (The second room, besides the roach) The receptionist was friendly and so was the cleaning lady. It was nice to be just a few steps from the beach, the beach did have some litter though.
