This never disappoints every time I have the chance to visit the area. Service was friendly and quick ! Excellent!

I booked the MGM as a weekend get away for my wife and I. We were also attending a concert in their theater. The grounds and the facility was as amazing as we expected. The staff at this hotel is top notch!! The bad in this review is all about the cleanliness and 1st impressions of our room. The bathroom still had trash in the waste basket and the shower had dirty towels on the floor!! This almost ruined our special weekend, but the housekeeping manager was so AWESOME in how this situation was handled that we had to give the staff kudos!!! The staff at the MGM National Harbor makes it worth while!! This place is way too expensive to give such bad 1st impressions!!

Checking in was quick and easy with a pleasant staff member. Hotel rooms were very nice! Loved the mini bar options. The casino was welcoming, big and had enough tables so that you didn’t feel crowded while playing. Food options available late! Even a 24 hr option! Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Negatives:
$$$$. No perks (e.g., complimentary breakfast). And I will say the towels provided were of the lowest caliber for the cost of a room per night. Small, scratchy and unuseful.

Hotels really nice if you get into a decent room comma there is a lot of issues with the front desk when it came to having things communicated among each Other and the communication of the resort fees are either need to be told at the start that it will be charged at the start or the end. And I was told both so I really hope that I don't get charged. Double the resort fee because they don't communicate

The room was nice and spacious. The only thing I would have liked to have was a personal fridge for water/juices, instead of a payable fridge with their amenities/snacks.

The front desk was amazing. I do have one complaint, I had my privacy light on and the housekeepers still entered my room. Not ok. Other than that was a great stay.

There was food crums on the upholstery beside the beds and in the cracks around it…
It smelled like ramen noodles when I first walked into my room.
The walls are thin between rooms and in the hallway so I could a pair of guests busy in the AM …. Which woke me up in the morning
The water was shut off during my stay, so I was told to use the spa which was inconvenient because, the shower and the toilet weren’t working in my room. But I got compensated free breakfast for that soo…
There was no room in the fridge to put my left overs because it was fully stocked with overpriced drinks… and if you pull anything out the fridge for more than a minute they charge you for it…

Only dislike was how far the self parking garages are from the hotel lobby/check in. With carryibg luggage and bags, its quite a long walk & up 2 elevators.

We have stayed at hotels across the world and the mgm hotel room was top notch . Large comfortable spotlessly clean . I just loved it and the staff .

This place is so modern and fancy. Room was amazing with a comfortable bed and great lighting options. Casino is right downstairs with fresh air and everything was nice and clean. Staff everywhere always helpful. We ate at Ginger which was incredible thai food. I don't know if I will go to Vegas again with this gem only an hour away from me.

The front desk staff were aloof and unhelpful. No refrigerator in room and if I want one it’s an extra charge. Mobile key didn’t work and front desk lady said “I can’t help you”

I was not there for the casino. I found the hotel very large, difficult to navigate, and the car valet fees of $35/day excessive. Self parking was available but not very convenient. Also could not find convenient food sources in the evening that was not a formal sit down restaurant.

The hotel is certainly convenient if you are attending an event on the premises. But you pay an exorbitant sum for that convenience.

I expected more & at least a room with hot water and no stains for the price I paid. I was not impressed at all. I traveled from NC and could not even shower. Horrible experience and it was my husband's 50th Birthday present

Take my husband to see his favorite artist, Gladys Knight, at the theater and the seats were great! We spent the night there after the concert. Their room and the view from the room were amazing. The amenities were great also. Free parking, access to several different restaurants to satisfy any palette, an elegant atmosphere, beautiful floral arrangements and artwork, and fabulous casino. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning.
