The room is very clean, the staff is friendly but not all of them speak English. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with lots of choices and the dining area is spacious and clean. Having shuttle service to the airport is so convenient! Will come back again!

The hotel and its restaurant were wonderful for an overnight layover, HOWEVER, the airport shuttle has limited hours, especially on weekends when it’s only available from 7:00 am - 11:30 am. So we had to shell out an additional 40 euros for two taxis (two and from the airport). Hotels.com needs to update their information on the hotel.

We liked overall service and hotel, however there were too many young guests from sport teams that made way too much noise

I have been staying here on and off for two years. 1st time back in 4 months and I was given the worst room I have stayed in cistern running constantly air conditioning not working and balcony very dirty. Smell of smoke if window opened which it needed to be due to room being to hot was not nice as smoking area directly under my room. The noise from corridor and reception area was as if my room door had been opened. As I said before been staying here over 2 years and normally 5 out of 5 as staff knew you and looked after you, but this stay was as if it was a different hotel.

Everything is ok but the hotel transportation is available at limited time. Location is not close to public transportation.

The woman at check in was the most unfriendly person we meet throughout out 10 day stay in Spain The outside looks worse than the inside Our room was clean, very comfortable and perfect for a family for a quick overnight

We had a pleasant stay. Great customer service from all the staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Had dinner and breakfast. Both very good and again the sevice in the dinning room was great. On the whole very satisfied.

The only issue was someone nock the door at 1:40am and we called the receptionist

Hotel reeked like smoke, including in my room. It was also noisy with people slamming doors, knocking on doors, being loud at 1am, 4am. Needs a refresh as the rooms were run down and the sheets had marks on them.

The hotel itself was great. The location does not match the hotel, but truck drivers also want a nice place to stay. The area is very safe as every vehicle entering the area has to go in and out through a gated area. Very reasonable on the price. Only a single restaurant was available.

It’s quite a good place if you’re just staying for the night, clean and nice staff but not coffee maker, microwave or iron, and you have to pay for the water in the fridge and for the shuttle bus from/to the airport.

I loved that it’s very closed to the airport and they can drop you off at the airport for only €9. All the staff was really nice and helpful with the exception of the young girl with glasses, she was not friendly at all. When I got there I said hi and she didn’t even answer. The day I checked out she did the same thing. So mean.

This hotel was incredibly convenient. Close to Barajas Airport and the train/bus routes to Madrid city center. Their breakfast has a lot of delicious options. I would certainly stay here again!

The hotel is very modern, located fifteen minutes away from the airport. Price is very reasonable and buffet breakfast is included.

Great hotel in a great location with very friendly staff

We used this hotel as a close point to Barajas airport and with a plarking lot included. All good.

Sincerely, first of all,The hotel's parking lot is shared with Bugerking. The parking spaces on the ground and the first floor are very crowded. The parking lot on the second floor is under the building, which seems a bit unsafe. And it's hard to get into right-angle cars. Secondly, we were assigned to a room on the ground floor, I don't know if the hotel was full of people and we were assigned to the negative floor, or there was no reason. the sound insulation was very poor, the sheets in the room were not clean, and there were a lot of bugs flying in the bathroom, and the window outside the bathroom was a partition for decoration. The door to our room had a big error gap and there wasn't any soundproofing to take a break with people talking and walking outside all the time. The sound of the sewer pipe above the room has been incessant. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Spain and I've never had a bad experience like this, it's not up to the standard of a 3 star hotel. If you want a good rest, don't choose this place. As a 3 star Hotel.If the hotel does not pay attention to the guest experience in some aspects, I don't think this hotel will improve and it will not be a very good hotel. ☹️ Atentamente, en primer lugar, el estacionamiento del hotel se comparte con Bugerking.
