Our room was incredibly clean with towels for 4 people (there were only two of us) along with hand towels and washcloths. They provide all Dove products which was amazing. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

I felt like previous reviews oversold our expectations. Our stay was OK. Bed comfy. Negatives: Hair all over bathroom and soap bottle. Stained shower curtain (hoping just hair dye or something!) and dusty headboard on beds. Breakfast was ok, not great, no where to sit when we first came down. I think I went in with very high expectations from prior reviews. Not a bad stay but have had better on our roadtrip so far.

Loved our stay - nice amenities in rooms like extra towels; nice, longer breakfast hours plus it was really tasty; spacious, quiet & very clean rooms! Loved that I could open the window (an inch). I’m staying at an American Inn by Wyndham again!

We did not stay!! We pulled in the parking lot and there were 4 guys in lawn chairs right by the door drinking. It was just 2 of us girls staying for the night. So we did not feel comfortable at all! We called the hotel and they would not give us a refund! The manager didn’t even care to ask us why we were uncomfortable when I called.This is not the place to stay for a girls night!!

Super nice staff. Disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working very well the night we checked in. had to push the button every 5 minutes to keep jets going. Despite that we had bought swimsuits and wanted to use it again in am but then there was a sign out of order. Staff was apologetic and offered to call our room in an hour to let us know if it was back running and they did call but it had to be drained. The room was nice but the dusting was not on point. Smelled good and clean bedding. Breakfast was decent.

For the price we paid ($200 per night) we did not receive anywhere near good service. Ran out of TP, did not vacuum floor on 2nd day, did not pick up trash and the pillows were just lumps wrapped in a pillow case. We are fans of AmericInn but we will not touch this place with a fork. Housekeeping is a issue.

No complaints. Breakfast was a little blah, but the stay was definitely worth the price. It was clean, everything worked, the staff was very nice. All of the handicap pool equipment was out of service. That didn't apply to me however anyone in need of that may want to call ahead and confirm if it's in order

I thought this was going to be a good one night stay since its a newer hotel, but i was very wrong. I booked a king room and it was very small. The shower was very creepy, like you were walking into a secret passage way. Room had spiders and lots of cobwebs. Bed was super hard and lumpy. Room seemed not very well taken care of and run down. Was soooo not worth the $152 for one night on a Monday. Will not be staying again.

The front desk team did an awesome job of accommodating us. We had been driving 640 miles and had 3 very tired Basset Hounds. They helped to move folks around so we could be on the first floor. This was very much appreciated!

The hotel was very nice. It offered amenities including an indoor pool and whirl pool. There was a continental breakfast and coffee. Staff pleasant. It was nice that there were products in the shower for out use.

What i did not like was the noise. At first, I had to be moved from one room to another because of a refrigerated truck running outside. of course, next room, I had the chiller making loud noise outside my window. Also, I picked this hotel because the price, but hit with a $50.00 pet fee, cost me $190.00 total stay, I should had stayed at the Plaza.
