DO NOT STAY HERE - I reserved a king suite a month in advance. I booked the suite because my wife and I have two year old twins and needed the room for pack and plays. Additionally, my wife is 5 months pregnant and wanted the extra room of a king bed. When I checked in, they crammed us in a standard double queen. When I complained, they said the hotel was fully booked and that I could either leave and receive a refund or I should complain to Expedia / Orbitz. When I asked if I could get a refund for the difference in room cost, approximately $50, they said they couldn’t do that either and again that I should request the refund from Expedia / Orbitz. So basically, they stole $50 from me. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE. They don’t honor their commitments and they don’t care about your comfort. At the least, Expedia / Orbitz should drop this property from their service because the hotel passed all the blame to them, even though I booked the reservation a month ago. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Wonderful stay!

Great hotel! I got in very late and Tiana checked me in. She was wonderful & helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Everything looked updated and nice. Breakfast was great as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t like again): 1. Toilettes. They are too small 2. Safe issue: no grab bars in bathrooma 3. Location of TV unit: too low 4. Choice of pillows: all are too soft

The hotel is nice, it just needs to be updated.

Very nice and comfortable. The only thing was that the toilet seat didn’t fit properly and sat way too low.

Clean and quiet

The staff was friendly but the accommodations were unappealing. We had no hot water. The phone in our room did not work. The staff was unresponsive when the phone issue was reported. Service requests on the app went unanswered. The hallway and bed linens smelled like cigarette smoke. Convenient location to baseball tournament.

Hotel is pretty new and very clean. Breakfast is good.

Clean, quiet and spacious. I will be back.

My wife and I went to bed at 9:30. our tv was off and we were asleep. At 2:30 AM our phone rang and woke us up. They said they had a noise complaint. I was not happy. come to find out the next morning the noise was from their kitchen. My room was paid for when i got the reservation. When we got home i see a charge for the room on my wifes debit card. They used her card for incidentals and swiped it for the room also. This was not a pleasant stay.

The cost was more than the quoted price that I received from hotels.com. if hotels.com is giving a price, it should be 100% accurate.

They were kind and courteous and very helpful.

The mattress was hard , not comfortable.

The property was nice. What didn’t like was the noise where my room was children making too much noise.

Easy to find. Very friendly staff.

Roomy with plenty amenities including microwave, mini-fridge, and even a hair dyer, ironing board, and iron in evry room. However, the cuisine served for the complementary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired because the extra cost over other local hotels/motels in the area id not justified by what is actually served. Even a local fast food or Service Center near the hotel's location such as Racetrack or T&A would have been better.
