No cleaning done on second day. If reservation done through Expedia bad room allocated. Need extra mony.No water provided.

I will visit Cilek Butik Hotel next time and recommend defintely to my friend community. The location is easly to find and very well located to the Restaurants area of Dalyan port. Our room had a wonderfull view to Dalyan port. The room and facility like pool are clean and service personal was very friendly and supportive. My favorite was buzlu karpuz (ice cold fresh watermelone), when I ordered it at pool. I like it.

Staff is very nice, 1. Room is not cleaned every day, only after speaking. 2. no toilet paper. 3. For laundry washing 200 lira too EXPENSIVE. 4. Very noisy at night. 5. Toilet lid broken, unhygienic

I really recommend this lovely hotel. It is perfect for a get away from the busy and hectic streets of Cesme and Alacati. Perfect to calm your mind in the garden next to the pool or by taking walks around the marina which is located just outside of the hotels door.The staff is amazing too. Theyre always smiling and super helpful. Really makes you feel like at home. They even arranged a special breakfast time for us because we had to leave a bit early in the morning.Would stay here again any time!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.The breakfast was great, we took time enjoying it. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.We had problem with our flight being cancelled and the hotel reception helped talking to the airline to rebook the flight for us.We would totally recommend anyone to stay at Cilek Boutique Hotel.

We got fooled by the advertisement but.....Very dirty, no light in bathroom, bathroom needs major work (toilet & shower very bad). Insects & mini-spiders in the room. could not wait till the morning to check out. Breakfast is ok, This hotel is the perfect example to why there should be a negative mark in the rating system. One staff tried to help but not much he could do. Overall everything gets an F mark.BTW, it is just next to a cemetery..

I stayed 4 nights on this hotel on aug/17 with family of 5 (I booked 2 rooms), the standards of the place is really not good for the price they charge. Since it was last minute decision on my side to travel to Cesme, there were not many hotel options available, but for the same price there are much better places available. I had many issues in one of the rooms (hot shower and AC not working, light of the bathroom was off on the 2nd day), everything was fixed but it was disturbing dealing with the issues. The rooms have good size but are very old fashion and cleaning is not done properly, the common space is not good as well, maintenance of the garden is not done, even the grass was not cut giving a bad impression for the area. Breaskfast also not good, very few options with low quality products, I had to buy many things from the market to have at least a decent breakfast. Concluding, I was not expecting a luxury place but for the price you pay they need really to improve the place, definitelly the name butik (boutique) does not fit to the place.
