This is a great hotel that makes the city easily walkable. Staff was great, delicious breakfast, and clean and quiet.

Well sized room and bathroom in a great location close to Bryggen and other points of interest. It was nice having windows we could actually open for some fresh air. Helpful staff and nice breakfast.

Room was so small, no room for suitcase. Luckily it fit under the bed. Two pillows only. No washcloths provided, and only one bath towel and one handtowel. Tiny bathroom sink, so water spilled onto floor every time i used. Good breakfast, but caused extreme GI issues. Second day, i avoided the salmon and pate that wasnt kept cool. No problems then. Great location, helpful staff

Location was the best for walking to funicular, restaurants, shopping, museums, and Bryggen historic area. Hotel staff Sirene was our favorite and the breakfast was yummy!

I recently stayed at Bergen Harbour Hotel, WorldHotels Crafted, and found the experience to be a bit underwhelming and disappointing. Firstly, we had booked and paid in advance for a standard room 16sq metres as advertised. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were allocated a smaller room approximately 11 square metre and if you include the very small bathroom an additional 2.88 sq metres. There was a large window with no blinds, and the ceiling was slanted, so that getting out of the bed on one side, I had to bend my head, otherwise my head would have hit the slanted ceiling. We immediately raised this issue with the hotel staff and spoke to the manager and requested to be moved to the larger room as per our reservation, that is 16 sq metre, standard room. Unfortunately, despite our request and presenting our booking details, the hotel refused to honour the reservation or offer us the correct room. They did offer a superior room but we would have had to paid the additional cost, we decline the offer as did not want to pay extra. All we wanted was the standard room that we had reserved. Another disappointment was the Breakfast. The selection was limited, and the quality of what was available left much to be desired. For example, the scrambled eggs were lukewarm, which is never a good start to the day. The receptionist had a brusque demeanour, and made our stay less warm and inviting. While the location is excellent, there is room for improvement in customer service.

It was a great location, minutes from Bryggen and restaurants. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have AC and Bergen was having an unusual heatwave. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options.

The Norwegian breakfast was amazing. It offered something for everyone. It was top notch quality. Check in was easy and staff was helpful to orient me to the area. Also front desk assisted me in calling a taxi for transport to airport.

Ideally situated in the historic side of Bergen, about 100metres from the harbour. 15 minutes walk from the train station if coming from Oslo, or 18 minutes walk if coming from a ferry at Jekteviken terminal. Walking distance to everything. As I was travelling solo, I opted for one of their small single rooms to keep costs down. When they refer to it as small, they mean small. It’s not a problem if you’re mainly using the room for sleeping. Having said that, it looked like a king single bed which was very comfortable. They still managed to fit in the fridge, safe and TV. Nil air conditioning, but even though it’s summer, it didn’t get above 16C, I just opened the windows for fresh air. Good bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend it.

I booked a small room, but it was a great price so this was perfectly acceptable. It was comfortable and did the job, just be aware if you book here. The staff were very nice, and the hotel was a short walk from the Bergen train station. Located in a great spot, allowing you to efficiently explore Bergen. I also enjoyed the bar on the ground floor.

Great friendly staff,always helpful. Breakfast scrambled eggs only luke warm each day. Not all staff told new guests about the discounts at restaurants owned by hotel. Tea/milk/sugar in room wasn't replenished when the room was cleaned. Shower mat not provided in bathroom, after showering, there was nothing to dry the floor.

Location was absolutely great - but the room was quite poor. It was very small and not very comfortable, cheap pillows, cramped, with not a lot of amenities. Reception were difficult to get on phone. Breakfast was OK.
