We faced issues in the hotel with noisy room / dirty jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and after push they accomodated room change. Nevertheless we found ourselves in a room with no working tv the first night. Breakfast doesnt hzve toaster, you hzve to pay for your capuccino/drinks (or accept free aremnian coffee) The hotel refused any gesture / refund on the first night. They have accepted late check out last day. Overall experience have not been great and service would need strong improvement

Very good hotel in a park, very helpful and friendly staff and excellent breakfast, the rooms are very good very quiet and comfortable if you need to relax and rest. Easy to reach and its has a private car parking

The tv and air conditioning were not working, the room was terribly hot and it took 5 calls to reception to finally get someone smart enough to figure that the a/c was broken , we had to be moved to a different room that was awfully hot but at least had a functioning ac . Overall this hotel is a complete ripoff for the price, staff was inefficient and the installations were old and not nice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 4 days with family. Spacious and clean rooms with all the amenities. Tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Especially Mrs.Victoria, she helped a lot for arranging Armania day tour trips and we enjoyed that. Highly recommended....

Good location, clean beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, they every day clean rooms and its perfect, good breakfast, the only problem was air conditioner which was off though rooms were cold and I got sick ☹️

My travel companion became ill while on our trip. The front desk staff (three amazing women) couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! They contacted the hospital for us and translated between my friend and the doctor whose English was very limited. They made our stay so pleasant. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable and linens are very high end. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It contains eggs prepared in three different ways, cereals, cheeses, other hot breakfast dishes, nuts, dried fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and more. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here if returned to Yeravan.

This modern hotel is located across from the Sunday market,Freedom Square and the park. You are welcomed with avery accommodating, friendly staff both at the receptiondesk and in the breakfast room. My one and only complaintis an easy fix - they need to replace the light bulbs in themodernize bathroom. It is so dark in there that you cantsee to put on makeup or even do your hair. Otherwise,a great hotel.

This modern hotel is located across from the Sunday market, Freedom Square and the park. You are welcomed with a very accommodating, friendly staff both at the reception desk and in the breakfast room. My one and only complaint is an easy fix - they need to replace the light bulbs in the modernize bathroom. It is so dark in there that you can't see to put on makeup or even do your hair. Otherwise, a great hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of different choices every morning. Grisha and Vartan provided excellent services at breakfast. Very friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk to. They made our morning. Maids were just a pleasure and always ready to bring everything we needed (iron, ironing boards, fresh robes, etc.) Room was always clean with fresh towels every day. Front desk was extremely helpful with easy check in and check out. They made a few recommendations for restaurants with entertainment and they were excellent. We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. We used their massage services and Swedish hot stone massages were great. Also pool, sauna and hot tub were great, we absolutely enjoyed it on the last day of our stay. It was very relaxing. Location is great with lots of shops around us (SAS supermarket is just a walking distance away with pharmacy and money exchange in it / good rates). Also shopping mall Rossia with a weekend indoor market built in on one side. Vernisage open air souvenir market across the street, walking distance to Republic Square. We couldnt have wished for a better location. Taxi rides anywhere in the city is only 1 AMD (Armenian Dram) = $2, making it extremely affordable to get anywhere in a matter of minutes and not having to rely on public transport. All restaurants that we tried in the city were excellent. Excellent vacation all around.

Small rooms. AC didnt work properly at all, and hot air blew through the ventilation despite us changing rooms. Decent pool , hot tub and sauna. The front desk was very helpful with directions. Generous breakfast buffet. Excellent location -- walking distance to all tourist attractions.

Service is horrible. The staff is clueless about the hospitality business. I booked this hotel based on the rates of Expedia which is pure trash.

I had a great time at the hotel. Very clean, friendly Receptionists and great Server every morning. Prompt response from housekeeping service. The only inconvenience was the TV but that forced us to be more social then spending time watching TV.

Staff is fluent in English, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located within a 10 minute walk to Republic Square, The room was clean and nicely decorated. The free buffet style breakfast is a plus, and very good, the menu changes daily. My only complaint is the spotty Wi-Fi. couldn’t watch tv because it couldn’t connect to the server.

For someone that stays in hotels more than 10 nights a month I have to say I really liked this hotel. Very service minded personal and in general a high standard. The gym good be somewhat bigger for serious trainees.
