Room was big and spacious with lots of cupboard space and a big wardrobe. Bed was comfortable, extra pillows and blankets provided. Lovely breakfast with quality ingredients and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

We visited for my partner's birthday, and received a very warm welcome from our hosts David and Kathleen. The room was decorated with balloons and they surprised us with a cake with a candle on it at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, and we had the craic with David, who provided great tips on places we could visit. We will definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay in Brecon. Wonderful room near the Town Centre. Great local walks and a good night watching a tribute act at the local theatre. Hosts gave us tips for the local area and made us feel welcome. Fab breakfast. Thoughtful touches in the rooms. Would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Grange immensely. Spotlessly clean room, really comfortable bed, fluffy towels and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the room along with fresh milk from the fridge in the hallway...such a nice touch not to have those awful uht cartons! Breakfast was superb. Fresh fruit, yoghurt and muselei. The full English breakfast was great, lots of choice and served by David...such a friendly man...nothing too much trouble. Couldn't fault a thing...so much so have booked for next year!

I’d like to recommend this place highly. David and Kathleen went beyond and above to make us feel welcome plus cared for. I cannot wait to come back and stay here once again. Super clean and such good value for bespoke breakfast promptly served which include fresh local ingredients. David’s knowledge of the local and surrounding areas was hugely needed.

David and Kathleen made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room and facilities were wonderful, and the (included) breakfasts were delicious. The Grange is situated within easy walking distance of the village, with shops, a supermarket, convenience stores, pubs, and takeaway food nearby. Off street parking is an added bonus. We highly recommend The Grange Guest House and it’s wonderful hosts.

Excellent guest house, minutes walk to centre of Brecon . Ideally situated to explore surrounding area. David and Kathleen were exceptional hosts. Advising on where to go and where to eat : really helpful to know. Made you feel very welcome , lovely little extras like fresh milk. Breakfast was amazing and catered for dietary needs . The rooms were beautiful decorated , very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be staying again .

The hosts were so wonderful and welcoming, we had a lovely weekend. Parking was a breeze. The building is just lovely and our room was well appointed with pleanty of space and a good ensuite. The free breakfast was high quality and tasty! The hosts were responsive to our requests and gave us loads of tips for the local area, things to do and places to eat. It was generally a low stress pleasant experience!

Great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Room and facilities very comfortable and clean. Room cleaned daily and towels replaced daily as required, Great choice of freshly cooked breakfast. Free off street parking ideal for motorcycle. Very convenient for Brecon (3 min walk) but despite this very peaceful location. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a lovely guest house with very welcoming hosts. The rooms are nicely appointed and the hosts go to great pains to give you lots of useful information on local facilities and activities. Breakfast is really good with some very tasty, locally sourced, ingredients. Overall, a lovely place to stay when in Brecon.

By far one of the most comfortable and friendly places my wife and I have stayed in. David and Kathleen made us feel so welcome and gave lots of information which made our trip much more enjoyable. Katheleen and David couldn't do enough for us (and the other guests), very helpful in local knowledge. the Grange is ideally situated for Brecon town centre, two minute walk, the canal, and local area. We had an amazing stay in Brecon. We had a warm welcome and the owners were very knowledgeable about Brecon town and the surrounding Beacons park. Our room was clean, spacious and well provisoned. We had a bath tub with overhead shower which was great after a day of walking. Breakfast was really good with the service at a good pace so we were never waiting for anything but didn't feel rushed. Parking to the rear was big enough for our estate car and felt secure. The property is conveniently located from Brecon town centre which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and places of interest and not too far from the canal for the Brecon Basin work. This made it easy for us to change our plans if the weather wasn't so good or if we needed to get supplies for walking. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Couldnt reccomend enough!! It was spotless. Nothing was too much trouble - the owners even deocrated our room with balloons as i told them it was my partners birthday (free of charge) The breakfast was delicious and locally sourced! We got offered refills with our fresh juice and tea and coffee numerous times. The wifi worked for both our mobile phones and my childrens ipads and it was extremely quick. The owners were absolutely lovely and extremely welcoming. Weve never been to the area before and the owners were reccomending restaurants to what cuisine we wanted. Provided us with maps. Answered any questions we had! Free parking in their car park.
