We were exhausted from a day of travel. We booked a room for 3 people. When booking on hotels.com it asks for adults and child and the age. We had 2 adults and one 14 year old. When we were checking in she said we were being put in a room with 2 twin beds and no pull our couch or any other sleeping arrangements. We asked where our son was supposed to sleep (a twin bed is very small, just enough for 1 person). She had to get a manager who finally decided they would bring another twin bed into our room. He was laughing and saying that our reservation says we have 2 adults and a child. As if it even mattered at that point. Even if we had a five year old child where would he sleep? We went up to our room and realized just how small it was. We waited and then had to go down stairs to inquire when the bed would be brought because we were ready to go to sleep. They had to remove the very small lounger to make room for the extra bed. We paid way too much money for this room to have this type of accomodations. Also, we came back at 5pm the next day after a long day of sight seeing and our room was being made up. Why so late? Everytime the room was made up we had to ask for coffee, creamer etc. simple things were not restocked. Overall not impressed. There are better places to stay with better accommodations and less cost.

Amazing stay in a classy modern place with access to transport and main shopping areas. Staff was really helpful and room clean, equipped with modern tv, toilets, phone etc and very comfortable beds

Overall heat in Seoul during July/August 2024 is around 35degrees celcius. The entire building not getting enough AC. I have been staying as a long term guest and moved rooms 4 times. I'm in the Novotel suites which has better AC then the lower floor rooms but still doesn't go under 25.5degrees no matter how strong I leave the AC on 24hours. When I'm in the room I stay with Blackout curtains closed and minimum lights on. My child got prickly heat all over her back. I attempted to get discounts or refunds but the general mamagers on duty won't budge. The customer service you get is NOTHING BUT 5 star hotel level. The hotel complex is huge and they don't care. Drunk people at night are all around the CU convenience store within the hotel. I regret booking my lomg term stay prepaid thinking I can count on the brand. I should've chosen Marriott hotels as I usually do. JW Marriotts in Seoul operates definitely at a higher level. Personally never coming back.

Modern and perfectly maintained facility with full of Hotel Infra inside. 5 min. walkable distance from Yongsan KTX station, Metro station and one of the largest shopping mall in Seoul thru. covered bridge provided convenience for family during stay.

First of all room was extremely small and awkwardly designed to save space even though their rate was equivalent of star hotel in Gangnam. Staffs were not that friendly as well.

Lobby and Room is very nice and clean. Not much to do in the area after 8pm. Arcade still under construction and the 24 hour convenience store is on other side of the hotel.

I liked everything except I thought the restaurant prices on floor two was too exensive to use. I liked that there was a convenience store in the hotel open 24 hours. Love how close Yongsan Station is.

Fantastic hotel, with some great amenities. It's clean and the hotel staff are about as friendly as they can be. It's a little unclear which floors are off limits to regular guests. Whether or not that was the intention is anyone's guess. I wish I knew the pool was open I would have brought swimwear!

I will never, ever visit this ridiculous place again in my lifetime. In room dining was terrible. First, it took 40 minutes to get just simple ice bucket for champagne and 90 minutes to get what I’ve ordered for dinner Second, delivered wrong menu! Chicken salad instead of Caprese! Lastly, how come you guys miss that many things? Where were Champagne glasses, pickles and mustard sauce for burger, mayonnaise for French fries, and butter or anything for bread? What the hell is wrong with you? And about breakfast? I don’t even wonna talk about it. These guys made me sit not in a dinning area but in a kid’s play room where there’s no heating. You know it was -11 degree outside. Of course food quality was also worse than terrible.

I booked a suite for my birthday weekend and it was amazing. The room was pretty big and very clean. It came with access to the executive lounge and free breakfast. Overall, the room was amazing, I will definitely be booking this room again!

The previous guest may just have accidently folded it back.What was worse was finding stains on the duvet the next morning as I was checking out. The staff is polite and courteous. They speak English which is good if you are a foreigner. The best part of the hotel is the easy access to Yongsan Station and the malls.

The place looked just like the photos. The hotel is connected to Yongsan station but the direct link on the second floor is currently closed due to COVID-19 measures. But not so inconvenient as you can simply take the escalator or elevator down one floor to get to the main entrance. Overall very happy with the stay and service.
