This hotel is slowly getting worse. I had trouble finding outlets in the room; at one point had to unplug the microwave and the whole outlet box started coming out of the wall. Another outlet was dead. Small deteriorations noted since my last visit in 2022.

Quiet, clean, a bit out dated.

Check in was smooth and cordial. Coffee/tea in the lobby. No frills. Back in the day motel, in the middle of nowhere, in the process of upgrade, and its more than adequate to get cool, clean up and get a comfortable night's sleep. Rm 116 was new and old and that was fine. Beds new. BR upgraded. Floor new. Flat screen TV. Smoke detector. You could even sit out in front of the door for some air, if you wanted. I'd go back.

The rooms tho small included an iron and board, clean perfect shower bath. Mini fridge and microwave. All unexpected. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. We'll be back

Good clean and basic. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They could use some upgrades to the bathroom. However bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The property is way over priced and advertised as a hotel. It is a motel. It was disgusting with regards to filth. You couldn’t control the temperature in the room. Horrible.

This motel has recently changed ownership.The new owners and staff were extremely cordial and accomodating. While this is very much a work in progress, make no mistake, it is an old school motel, complete with physical room keys and key tags.The rooms were spacious and are in the process of being worked on, but they are extremely dated. I found the room to be clean and the bed was satisfactory.There was a small microwave, mini fridge, iron, and efficiency ironing board, but that was the extent of the amenities. No hair dryer or coffee maker, so bring your own! (There was a complimentary Keurig and K-cups in the office area.) The air conditioner is a window unit and undersized for the room. It took quite a while to cool the room. The surrounding area is very rural, but the main street is quaint and literally just a couple of minutes from the venue. The area hospital and the Delaware Academy school is also just a couple of minutes drive from the motel.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and it was close to where I worked. I had to checkout early to be at and the staff accommodated me. Will stay again

You get what you paid for,,smell inside stays on your clothes until you wash them,everything is run down, bottom of the barrel accommodations, the “breakfast” is given to you in a plastic bag, small box of cereal, milk and a couple other bad snacks, scary place, reminds me of a horror movie , do yourself a favor book something else even if it cost more money !!!

Property is in a small town in Upstate New York. It shows its age, but the staff is great, and the room was clean. I would go again.

The room was not very clean. The bed was sinking in the middle and the A/C blew cool air but not cold. I would not stay here again.

What a great place to stay in this area. The owners were so nice, welcoming and everything was clean. They even give you a great breakfast bag. Really happy I stayed here.

This is a road motel , you stop for the night and continue. For that it dose the work .....

Homeless people living on property Unsafe

An old motel. On the bright side when we realized we had forgotten toothpaste i suggested my husband ask if the management had some. He was given 2 small tubes and asked if we needed toothbrushes. We did not, but we really appreciated the toothpaste. We went out for breakfast to the amazing Delhi Diner and took the bagged breakfast for the trip home. It was perfectly situated for our purpose. A music festival in Bloomville. The housekeeper was charming.

Wasn’t fond of the Bag breakfast.. tea served was bitter, flavorless.. great value walmart brand not a fan of.. there was a hair in my shower. Sat on the toilet and the seat slid off.. no hairdryer provided.

Bedding was clean but room had cobwebs and was in bad shape - dirty handprints inside bathroom door, a/c full of dust. EV charger didn’t work. Somehow turning on the shower made the bathroom smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was a bag of snack foods. (A positive: glow in the dark galaxy on the ceiling.)

We didnt even stay. It was very dirty and we didnt feel safe. We got a different hotel.

The room smelled extremely bad of cigarette smoke and it is supposed to be a no smokiing hotel. the bathroom was gross

I've stayed here before when visiting my son in college. It's not the best place but it's quiet and right next to his university. I do wish they would fix up better. Nice location.

The refrigerator was dirty. The shower head fell off.

The room was cold, they had to give us a heater. The beds did not sleep very well, they were squeaky.
