I can't give the place a review because it was all closed & locked up when I arrived late last night! The structure appeared to be a complete dump from the outside but may have been very pleasant inside however, I'll never know! I was still charged for the stay although I never could check in & believe me, I pushed the ring door bell, knocked & everything else! It probably would have been a decent stay at a very modest price if I could have gained entry!

Everything here is nice. From the check-in process and the friendly staff to the accommodations and the price, everything is top-notch. The service is truly exceptional, and I will definitely return here when I come back to Vegas.

When I arrived I waited outside in the cold waiting for the owner. I wanted to pay with multiple payments and he got upset and stated he was loosing money and refused to let me stay there and threatened to call the Police if I did not leave his property in which I ordered another LYFT and left. He was trying to take me and my girlfriend to another location down the street not as advertised, so I think he is a scam and needs to be investigated.

Price was much better than other rooms, place was clean and the stay was comfortable. Would go again despite a few inconveniences. It was like staying in a non-special VRBO or like a friend's guest room, except I didn't see any people. Bathroom down the hall at that door. Space heater here you can plug in if you get cold. Room not centrally heated apparently but not too cold. Bathroom was cold at night, so I went over there an hour before I showered and plugged the space heater in. Figured if someone was in the other room they'd appreciate that. With no sink/mirror in the room itself, I was down the hall again to put on my makeup. Furnishings all clean & new, nothing special. Gave me a code to the outside door. I rolled the gate closed behind my car. Arrival was complex: Parked, lady said that's her spot, reparked. Then guy came out & said to go to other house 2 blocks away, guy there would tell me where to park, waited in front of other house, after a while guy directed me to park around back, showed me room. No credit card reader, so gave me QR code to web site to enter my payment info myself. Somehow I liked the relative informality. I felt comfortable with the people and the place.

I never stayed at the property. When I drove there through the worst neighborhood in the area I called to get access and was told I needed to pay the 25 cleaning and 100 deposit. I told him that was what I was trying to do and was accused of being rude and called a cheap brat that he didnt need to help.I hung up on him and he called me back to continue to insult me.

This was the cheapest hotel in vegas. We got here a day early and just wanted cheap place to crash. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised. The people were very nice and the room was very clean. It was a shared bathroom which it did state. Truly the only thing I found was paper towels in the bathroom and maybe a lamp. This was a great place if u are looking for cheap. I will probably stay here again.

Made a reservation for my mother in law both her and I called ahead of time during their normal business hours to let them know of a late check in. Once my mother inlaw arrived they kept making her wait and then refused to give her the keys. Knowing that I made the reservation on her behalf and knowing she was going to have a late check in. Then when I called expedia they refused to issue me a refund because they said we "canceled". We were denied the keys it's not a cancelation. Thank you expedia for treating a long time customer like they're not important.

No, this place is not very good. They never came and clean the room. We had an issue that the heater burnt out and contact a gentleman that in charge of that never contact SOS back never repaired that we had a night with no heat freezing the next morning we left, we sacrifice the day that I paid for to stay one more day there, and we left early, because we were unhappy and not satisfied With the service and everything would never go again

This was is a difficult to reach residential neighborhood. More like a boarding house than a relaxing room. It felt like walking into your grandmother’s house where you couldn’t sit on any of the furniture. I walked right back out the remotely locked doors and did not stay!

One bathroom with no ventilation for 4 rooms! Tiring check in procedure (done by a neighbor (!) who was calling the actual owner many times). Whole place was run down.

dont think about booking here.. this is not a hotel, this is a house ., place is sketchy and dark.. far from the main tourist area.. they only want your money, they don’t care about your situation at all., no consideration..no customer care.,no heart., no one called us to inform that check in is until 7pm only, we arrived at the area at 7:20pm and no one was there everything was locked.. if this is hotel , the service should be available 24hrs.. we called and he said his name was josue, he said he cant check us in anymore cause it’s past 7pm and he cant do anything about it., iv said im checking in 2 seniors and we have travelled from san francisco very tiring but he doesnt have a heart ., we requested for a refund instead he said he cant so i asked for the authorized person’s number he said to call him tomorrow morning because office hrs are from 10-7pm daily and they will give me the number. so i called the next day.,then now he is saying he cannot disclose the office number., a lot of excuses … which i so believe he doesnt even have office or admin..,he was just redirecting circling me falsely..another excuse he cant refund cause he reserved the room for us which exactly my point if its reserved for us so we should have access to it all throughout the duration of the reservation.. hotels.com you should take care of your reputation… this can give a bad impression to you..

I didn't even stay the 3 days I paid 4 he's a very nice man but who has a house the rent out and u find it in hotel.com idk about any hotel that don't let u have ppl over at 9pm the rules should be on hotel.com I lost 140 ...the 1st nite i felt like I was in the movie phyco

The place wasn’t too bad but I can’t give it much of a rating because I wasn’t able to stay there. I had to book another place because I wasn’t legally allowed to have any visitors. I wouldn’t booked it if I would’ve known that. I understand that may be a new law passed in Vegas but being a vacation home, parties involved should notify potential guests about these restrictions. Unfortunately it was non refundable so I didn’t get my money back. My sole purpose of booking this trip was to visit somebody and be able to be comfortable. So instead I had to book another place for my stay. Aside from that huge downside, the inside did seem nice. The surrounding area outside the property is not to be desired. While waiting for the property manager to arrive with the key i had to walk away from the front of the house because of a nauseating odor from somewhere around the property and the neighborhood didn’t seem to welcoming either.
