2nd floor all the rooms ive stayed in have a mildew smell...place needs to have a heavier shower curtain to keep the shower water from soaking the floors

I booked this room on hotels.com I was surprised when I arrived and was told I needed a $100.00 deposit. I wish they would disclose that before I booked it. Now I have to wait several days before I get my deposit back.

Rooms where way to small. We couldn’t move or walk around in the room. Supposed to sleep 3 but with one bed and no couch how was it supposed to sleep 3. Tried to get an extra pillow and the front staff had to find an empty room and 1 hour later she came with a dirty pillow.

Leaking roof in the front office, elevators out of order, meldiew smell in hallway, and ice machine out of order but they require a 100 dollar deposit.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 kids, I didn't feel unsafe at any moment. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My kids had a great time at the pool! The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms only have a mini fridge but no microwave, iron or blow dryer but there is a coffeemaker and microwave in the lobby. It is a pet friendly hotel and people definitely take advantage of that, there were people with huge dogs and they would bark until very late at night and very early in the morning which was also something that I didn't like so much. There's no carpet in the rooms which can get a little too noisy if you are in the lower level rooms. Also, they do ask for a $100 deposit which I recommend you give in cash, I paid for with a debit card and have not been refunded for that yet 5 days later. Overall we had an okay stay, we would stay again if we were on a tight budget.

Was there 3 nites never got room serviced upon check in pool was “open” went to get towels maybe a hr or so after check in n changing n was no longer open suddenly. Requested room to be serviced 2nd nite as well as 3rd dy before check out and never was had to wait until into the nite to get our own towels from front desk. Staff was friendly enough… just non chalant about any issue

I booked the facility for 6 days and checked out on the second day, I requested a kitchenette suite and received a normal room with a non functioning fridge. The television had no signal and the area didn’t feel safe. I voiced my concerns and was told the facility was fully occupied and wasn’t not going to be able to be moved.

The staff was helpful, the room was adequate, concern about the door to the room it was flimsy too much space between the door knob and frame, could have easily been jimmied. Bedding and pillows were subpar. Will not recommend this hotel.

The staff at this facility was absolutely awful. I will never use them again. We rent all over Texas for our installers and these people are absolutely ridiculous. Unprofessional, filthy, & ignorant.

The rooms and the hallways were very cold. Cant complain. I would rather have it cold then hot. The pool and the ice machines were under maintenance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Decent price for a decent stay.

The rooms were terrible. Had to change rooms three times upon my two day stay noisy and filthy. They let other guest that are staying there long-term treat the motel like a frat house beer cans in the pool dogs barking people drinking in the hallways and being loud all throughout the day and all throughout the night.

I believe this is a fairly new property so it was very clean both inside and out. It felt safe, the bathroom was small, but we just neededbit to rest, get clean and continue our travel home.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is is looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable, clean room, and exceptional staff. I was most impressed with the price for such outstanding service.

Good enough for ONE night. Unfortunately, the room reeked of cigarette smoke that I thought I could ignore, and then the stay was capped off with no hot water for the shower. Hotel’s received a number of facelifts, including vinyl flooring (which was nice because God only knows how nasty carpet would’ve been), but had old-school thin walls. Not the greatest, but I’ve stayed in worse. Unfortunately, I won’t be back unless I absolutely have to be.

The room was clean. I have stayed in many hotels iny life but this is the first one that doesn't stock shampoo in the room. The air conditioner sounded like a old lawn mower. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Would not recommend

So between the trimmed toenails in the shower, the pubes stuck to the wall, the long blond hairs that filled the bed, I’ve had better stays. Front counter staff was decent enough, mildly rude but to be expected in this day.
