Was there for a weekend getaway. The staff was very knowledgeable about the restaurants in the area. The staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely would stay here again

Rooms need updating. Floors were unleveled. Bathroom door had a huge crack in it that was visible from the bedroom and the door did not lock on the bathroom door. Air conditioner was very loud and the refrigerator had a loud noise.

Stay was very dissatisfying. The room had no hot water. The microwave wasn’t working nor the under light for the kitchen. Netflix amenity was not working. There was a leak in the hallway. Worn out conditions in the bathroom

This place was amazing. So clean! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Elliot at the front desk that checked us in was the best and so accommodating! I did not catch the front desk ladies name that checked us out, but she was amazing too! We would recommend to everyone!

Great hotel with all the comfort updates available. Nice clean lobby that we were proud to invite guest to. Staff was great with cleaning and promptness. Breakfast was fresh and warm. The area for morning dinning was spacious and very clean.

Property was very clean & nice the rooms are like a studio apt i had a fridge & freezer along with sink & 2 glass burner stove, desk & work area, couch nice king size bed & nice bathroom i was very very pleased. Our check-in time was 3pm but we arrived from our flight at 6am yet they had rooms for us.

Booked 2 queen but property said they are sold out for last 2 days. They don’t know why website is showing available. I had to get 2 separate rooms to accommodate. Cost me twice as much.

This was a beautiful room. We even had a kitchenette which would have been great for a longer stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and they even cooked us BBQ hamburgers for dinner. The breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel. The egg white omelette was very tasty and they had an amazing oatmeal bar with great toppings.
The best thing was being close but not in downtown NO. It was quiet, clean and plenty of free parking.

The entire staff was amazing. They were very accommodating to my needs and help me locate great places around the city. A special shout out to the front desk receptionists. They were extremely friendly and nice. Always spoke as I walked by. I forget her name, by the amazing young woman who checked me in. I want to say thanks for making my stay so much better. You the real hero!

I paid for 2 queens and a sofa room, we received a king bed with sofa. We get to the room and I’m hit with the smell. Room smelled like a wet dog. So I called the front desk from the room and noticed the desk had not been wiped down. Looked like someone shaved and there was hair and stains just gross. So I returned to the front desk and the lady says they’re sold out and basically there’s nothing available. So we head back to the room. I notice the counters and floors were also dirty. I always spray the bedding with microban or Lysol spray….fast forward to bedtime, tried to fall asleep but the odor from the bedding was so strong, like body odor and once again- wet dog. I already had them come clean the room so I didn’t want to put in another “request” besides it was almost midnight and only staying one night. Morning couldn’t come soon enough.

I thought the fresh baked cookes were a personal touch. I have never stayed at a Residence Inn before,but I loved the property, our room, and the service that I received. The Restaurant GM was extremely pleasant to interact with. Overall we had an amazing stay!
