The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were kind and helpful. My only concern was a rock was continuously left to prop an emergency door open by the west staircase on the bottom floor. I reported it to the hotel staff, but the rock was there the entire stay. I was a bit concerned for safety as the rock was keeping a locked door unlocked for the three days I stayed there.

What I liked about the property was, safe and quiet, and also lots of places to eat walking distance.

The location was great and central to everything. The low stars is because we killed roaches in our room and the water pressure in the shower was low. The temperature of the water in our shower would go from hot to cold in seconds and would never stay consistent. We took cold showers.

Very friendly staff! Check-in and Check-out was easy. Room and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the TV channel choices. The only “issue” was the shower temperature couldn’t be controlled (room 216). It was very hot then cold. It could scald a child and it needs to be fixed. Oh and elevators smelled sooo bad! Maybe mold

Pros: very clean, quiet. 3 min walk to bus stop, 10 min walk to local grocery stores. Very Nice cleaning staff. Newly refurbished room and bathroom. Bed is ok, 2 twin beds brought together so may be difficult for couple to cuddle in the center but no big deal. Very clean and white towels and sheets. Room is cleaned after departure but can request towels and trash bags from cleaning staff. Our room had fridge and microwave, no hot plate or stove. Cons: no wifi. Unhappy about communication- I messages requesting info about wifi and got no response back. Can be inconvenient if you have school assignments or work to do. Bus takes about 30 min to get into town. About 1 hour 15 min to get to airport (1 bus change in Glasgow city), because it’s out of Glasgow city in Motherwell. Near impossible to get Uber to come to you. Can get Uber from the city to Motherwell. Our Uber from airport to apartment was about 38-45 British pounds. Suggestions for apartment: more hangers please! WiFi, wifi m, wifi. Things appreciated: cleanliness, easy check in, fridge, hair dryer, iron, quiet environment. Thank you so much!

Newer hotel, our room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was decent, some days better than others (they had a good breakfast sandwich one day). They continually had an egg dish, cereals, yogurt, juices, fruit and various breads for toast. Snacks and microwave meals available for purchase in the lobby.

Property & room were very clean. Someone always at the desk..yeah. "Breakfast" was horrible!!!! Eggs tasted lile powder, bacon looked more like a thin jerky, potato's were bland. Bed was comfortable Had to ask for fresh towels & to have the trash emptied.

Pro: Professional and friendly staffers. Hot delicious breakfast. Conveniently located with alot of restaurants and shopping options. Rooms,bedding and hallways very clean. Lots of parking. Cons: Nightstand phones didnt have any cords so I had to use my cell to call down to the front desk. Blow dryer didnt work. TV would turn off randomly, and was difficult to turn back on. Walls really thin so you can hear your neighbor breathe.

The thermostat wasn’t working properly. The bathroom sink faucet wasn’t working properly. Other than that it was a wonderful stay as always.

We always stay here anytime we have a business trip in burleson and we love it every time! Breakfast is great and customer service is good. Beds are always comfortable which is a huge plus. We love that it's close to restaurants. Hopefullylly it will always be this great because we love it here!

Great stay. Would suggest a waffle maker and sandwhich bread for toast. & maybe brighter bath room lighting. Oh and add trash bags in the rooms. Thank you!

Hotel check in clerk was pleasant but was a little disorganized . We had some difficulty in checking in the night we arrived.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Super clean and quiet. Only thing that wasn’t great was the hot water in the shower. It was hard to regulate. It was either hot or cold.

The bathtub area had a large crack in the shower wall that needs to be fixed. Other than that the room was very nice and comfortable.

Everything was great except we ran out of hot water after the first bath others complained so they were calling in maintenance when we checked out
