Great hotel with large rooms. Service was great - accommodated to our late check out and let us hang around the rooftop pool.

Clean rooms (including a small kitchen!), furniture in good condition, comfy bed, friendly and helpful personell, good breakfast, well equipped gym and a infinity pool at the rooftop. I stayed for 10 days and had a great time. Also plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance (5-20min). Congratulations on such a nice hotel!

I arrived with a small baby after 8h flight and they made me wait 6h to have my room. Not even got my suitcases. Terrible people working there. Front desk awful. I will never ever go back amf I will defame them as much as I can!Corre gente! Ligar péssimo! Recepção um lixo.

Coming frequently to Campinas I have stayed in all hotels in Cambui and really enjoyed the comfort of this flat. Being bigger even for a solo trip makes it more comfortable . Nice modern hotel, great breakfast and location was great. I will stay there again.

I love the fact it’s pet friendly and that’s why I chose it. Also, it’s very well located!! The decoration is a plus and the staff friendly and kind.

This hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood in Campinas. We understand that it is about 2-3 years old and everything looks new. The room was very modern with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, 2 TVs, 2 HVAC units with remote control, etc.. There is an on-site restaurant that will make food to order. The restaurant was clean with friendly service, but charges a premium price and also added on about a 20% charge to the final bill, which I assume was for tips but they didn’t say. On the top level there is a nice gym, rooftop pool, and a sauna. Very comfortable bed too. Overall, a very nice hotel!

Nice design, amenities were great. Fabulous city view while on the spin cycle.Front desk clerk went above & beyond to help me with difficulties. She saved the day.Breakfast was very good, expected style for Brazil.

This hotel was lovely. The decor was extremely cute, with a spacious kitchen and living room area. The balcony was a nice touch to see the surrounding area, which was very fun. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The only downside was that the mattress was slightly too firm for my liking -- but that's just a personal preference. Wish I had additional time to stay!
