All my comments goes to "Hotel Staff." When we had some requests, Hotel Staff attended the requests with great detail and handled in professional manner. Hotel Staff was very friendly and we have received great support in Check-in. Besides, Hotel is conveniently located very close to Main metro/ train station, Tivoli Garden, Tivoli Food court. Definitely I would come back to the same hotel.

You could hear the elevator from the room, the bathroom had mold in the airducts, the shower had no power behind it and was full of limescale. The staff and services were great.

It is terribly annoying that you have to give notice that the room needs to be cleaned. And it has to be done via an app! The absolute minimum service is to inform about this at check-in, this was not done.

The room was way smaller than expected.. the pic showed a sofa and chairs. Ordered a superior plus 3 beds. It also was super busy so they didnt have the time to help out and it was a long check in time

Pros: room was spatios and clean; new modern design; bed comfortable; breakfast buffet had good selection. Cons: room ambiance more like in a cavern night bar (grey cement ceiling, copper shelves/table, low light); very small square pillows; thin towels; no kettle in the room; no free coffee/tea station. Location not great: metro station close; walking is possible but not pleasant in that district.

An excellent hotel with very attentive staff and management . Comfortable rooms and common areas. Nicely located in Kødbyen, lots of dining and drinking options just outside. Short walk to Tivoli and city centre. Will for sure come back.

This was our first trip to Copenhagen and the hotel was in a great location away from the crowded touristy areas. It is a pleasant walk to Tivoli, Nyhavn and other areas of the city. Vesterbro has a lot of charm and character with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. There is an IKEA and a large mall minutes away as well. Unfortunately there was confusion after check-in when we realised that we did not have the room we booked, only to be told our Junior Suite had been 'downgraded' and the website was not accurate in the types of rooms they show. It was past 10pm, the kids were tired, and the room we had been given was clearly not suitable for a family of 4. The staff tried their best to sort it out and were very friendly, although I wish this had been communicated beforehand since I had been in constant contact with the hotel. Had we not gone to complain, we would have never known which is rather annoying. We got an extra adjoining room and it didn't affect our stay. I was also rather surprised that a hotel such as this doesn't have a kettle or a fridge in a standard room. These are only for higher category rooms which is beyond bizarre to me as a frequent traveller. The breakfasts were busy but had quite a good selection. The lobby area has an incredible vibe, a place always buzzing with activity and also seemingly a popular worspace. Copenhagen is an amazing city and I would definitely visit again.

Very good location close to the train central and the river. Room was cosy but smaller than publicized. Also, close to restaurants and pubs. You need to rent a locker or pay extra if you check in earlier. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Nice property next to the meatpacking district full of restaurants and bars. Also very close to the train and metro station. Lovely staff. Rooms a bit squalid dull and basic. Clogged shower drain but fixed next day. AMAZING BREAKFAST. Feast on it.

Can recomend this hotel. Good service, great staff, clean rooms and great location. The only thing to be veary of is that you have too book both breakfast time and cleaning of the room, i you want it to be cleaned during the stay. This is more of an inconvenience than a problem and should you forget, the staff is more than willing to help to find a solution.

This so called 4 star hotel is revamped from an industrial factory. Don’t get fooled by the lobby. Rooms are run down with limited amenities. Spotty wifi that often disconnects itself and ended up using my mobile data without me knowing. Horrible breakfast and super crowded. Would not recommend this hotel. Terrible

Great location, great breakfast, front desk was very helpful, room great but for some cleanliness ( lamps dusty, old water in water boiler), but overall we had a great stay here with our family. 10 min walk to metro station and 20 min taxi ride to airport (at 5am). 15-20 min walk to Tivoli.

After flying into Copenhagen, we arrived late at the hotel around 11pm and discovered the hotel had cancelled our reservation. We reserved a family room using Expedia with all of us in one room. Unfortunately, the hotel’s reservation system showed our room was cancelled but on Expedia we still had the room reservation. It took a while before we were finally checked in but the hotel room only had separate rooms and no longer had the family rooms available. Throughout our stay, our rooms keys stopped working at times and we had to visit the front desk several times to clarify our situation. During check out, we were charged additional fee for “NO SHOW”? Apparently, the hotel assumed my reservation was a no show and they even determined we stayed in a room that was not even registered. This is definitely a debacle to the start of our journey here in Copenhagen.

Would have given excellent rating overall, but our room was next to a loud dance club that pounded music and boisterous patrons until 4 am…even earplugs could not block out. Ask for a room on other side of property if you’re staying over on Friday-Saturday.

Slightly overpriced considering the surrounding area, but not too bad considering CPH prices. Very nice breakfast, with multiple options (shout-out to David who always made sure everything was fine with a smile on his face). Despite asking guests to book a time slot for breakfast the day before, there's no one checking, so it can get quite busy around 9am. Luggage room is actually a locker area with limited space and which you must pay for. There was no locker available for us, so good luck if you need to leave your bags after checkout.

Only negative was getting Taxi’s, we were a group of six and we never ended up with the right size car the staff could have cared less about our travel issues. Breakfast is ok not a great quality with food but quantities not an issue. Overall a great stay and would stay again

A spotless property in a very hip part of town known as the meatpacking district with many dining options. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. Be aware that the rooms are VERY small without a desk or chair which might pose a problem for business travelers. I would definitely stay here again.

We thought the “free breakfast” would be coffee and croissant and, whilst you can get both, the breakfast buffet offered a magnificent array of fresh produce and cooked foods to set you up for the day. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely eco-aware and even asks you to request a room clean should you need it! Only one caution - if you need to leave luggage when you check out, the lockers can fill up early!
