Room and hotel was nice front desk help was rude and short and hard to hear

Rooms very clean and very updated. The kitchen was very nice and air comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and slept well.
Our bathroom sink was not draining well and the water was not strong stream.

Wonderful property! I was there for 3 days for a work trip. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was an excellent hotel buffet - and the breakfast staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. 100% recommended.

This place is clean, pretty, quiet, and everything you could want. Given the price range, I felt it was an excellent deal for a place this nice. Breakfast was also way above what I expect for a free breakfast. Staff was great, room was great, amenities were great

We thought the place seemed exceptionally clean until we walked into the bathroom. I thought the showerhead ws rusted out but turns out it was just disgustingly dirty. I had to use one of their wash cloths and bar of soap and scrub it before we could take a shower. I wasn't able to get it sparkling clean but at least got the crusty pink and brown crud off of it so it was at least usable. We also had the world's biggest cob web hanging from the ceiling to the top of the curtain rod. Disappointing because the room and the hallways looked and smelled clean other than this health hazard!

Superb customer service!! Our daughter lost her keys and thought we left them at hotel. Front desk and housekeeping immediately went to the room and searched thoroughly.
Excellent room. Very spacious with comfortable bed and nice TV. Great breakfast.
Price hike for the busy weekend, but demand was high.
Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious, and everything was SUPER clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet - and location was fabulous for Purdue family weekend activities within short driving distance of the university campus. Will definitely be back here.

Everything was more or less ok, but the toilet in our room did not have enough pressure. We asked to get it fixed but nothing happened. Ended up using the trash can to fill up water to flush. Not acceptable
Also water from the bathroom sink was very weak, something is wrong with the pipes in that place.

Conveniently located off of I-65, with nice eateries and pool hall located nearby.. The swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Would definitely stand here again.

When I checked in, we needed bedding for the pull out mattress, and it took her forever to get it. In addition to the hallways were hot and humid inside the room is really nice but the hallways were uncomfortable

Everything was very nice and clean, the staff both at check in and out was super friendly. The only thing about this hotel, the water pressure was terrible and slightly warm is about all you can get…other than that the beds were comfy and had a great stay!

Overall design on the hotel. I was disappointed with multiple burnt out lightbulbs in our room. We were also part of a sports team that had to be on Purdue campus by 7. The breakfast didn’t open until 7. I was disappointed that they weee unwilling to open the meal a little earlier so our team could take part. The bad thing was no one was prepared to have their own breakfast because we knew the hotel provided one. Then we hear of a neighboring hotel that opened their breakfast hours earlier for the sports team that was staying at their hotel. We may think again next year.

The room was nice but there was not enough lighting in the kitchen area. The kitchen light was so dim that we had to use the flashlight on our phone to see the microwave. We could hear people talking in room next to us as if they were in the room with us, no joke, we could hear every word. It got really loud when several people were in there (could tell from all the voices). We had to crank up the TV to avoid hearing it. This room had adjoining room doors and I think the sound was coming thru the closed doors. I have stayed there before in a different room and did not experience these problems.

We enjoyed our stay despite some minor issues in the room. Over all lighting was poor. A light was burnt out on bathroom vanity mirror. Towel rack in bathroom was broken. Could not adjust volume on TV up or down!

The entire facility was very clean. The staff was friendly. I liked the layout of the room, and it was very quiet. Also conveniently located near the downtown area.

The hotel it's self was nice and clean enjoy my stay. But after i check out they charged my card a extra $100 dollars the house keeper lied and said that my room was trashed it took they manager herself to go look at the room to see that was a lie after they took money from me for no reason 😡

We would highly recommend this hotel! From the spacious rooms to the heated indoor pool, we were pleased with our overnight stay! Then, we were thoroughly impressed that the clean and plentiful breakfast bar had gluten-free muffins as well as oat milk at the coffee bar! Thank you!!!
