Pleasant multilingual staff at reception. Clean, comfortable and well-located, but small. Bathroom shower booth that some could find too small in which to turn around. It seems to function partly as a student facility but it was quiet and sleep was easy. Price and experience ok for 2-night stay.

We returned to our room door left open twice. Despite ensuring it was closed when we left. Walls were quite thin and it sounded like someone was opening our door anytime someone on our floor opened a door at night. Overall nice stay, just had some concerns about safety.

Location is good. 10 Minutes walk to the central station. Supermarket nearby. Not far to the city centre. The building itself is outated. The rooms are very basic and in strong need for a facelift. No air conditioning and a very loud fan. Still it is a place to sleep and not expensive.

The property was well maintained and the staff extremely helpful. I enjoyed the use of an equipped kitchen with a microwave and hotplates. I think this hotel is underrated and is better than many 3 Star hotels that i have stayed in.

The only upside about this property is its proximity to the train station. The property has no air-conditioning and is rather worn out. The reception was unhelpful, and refused to give us another towel for the room even though the room that was booked for 2 people had only 1 bath towel. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the price.

The basin plug was broken and the shower door was broken. However, it was clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet was okay. The apartment was fairly quiet, just a few loud, young German people partying during the wee hours.

At booking time it should have stated which hotel was booked The one where we, my partner and I stayed seemed average. Had the choice been given we would have opted for the larger first hotel in the same street which seemed nicer and more modern

Only 10 minutes walk from train station, 15 minutes from the Cathedral, and 25 minutes to the Le Petite France with the canals and beautiful structures

The room I got was on the first floor facing the street. The soundproofing is terrible; I didn't sleep well for my entire stay. There's a pub just across the street, so if you stay during the weekend, you can hear people talking loudly there. There's also a weird smell in the hotel, like cheap perfume, which isn't a postive feeling. The room is very old; my desk is actually broken. The location is good and easy to access everywhere. I asked to change rooms after two nights of no sleep but was refused. If you're on a budget, this place is acceptable, but I would prefer to pay more for a better one.

The room was very spacious and had a kitchenette, which was very convenient. It's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but you can walk. There is also a Carrefour store right nearby, so it's convenient. The staff are also friendly. However, the towels were a little wet when I first arrived. And the shower booth was loose, so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower. But despite these slight inconveniences, this accommodation is still recommended.

This hotel is good value for money. It is very well located near the trains station. We liked that it offered three beds so our family could stay in one room. The hotel is very basic, a bit like a dorm, but offers parking for a small fee.

Overall the property was fine and specious but there was no warm water in the room. We contacted reception a guy came and said it’ll be fixed in 2 hours which didn’t. Next morning we again had to go and complain finally they gave us the key of adjoining room to use toilet. Overall we missed 1 train and had to catch next one because of this

Place to avoid. The worst we ever had. I read reviews but I couldn't believe that it can be that bad in Strasbourg. It's dirty, old, stinky...It's not even safe to stay there ...Sink is broken, water was dripping, even top water smells bad. Dust is everythere. It completly messed up our vacation.

Hotel was well located to the city centre and the shopping area and Christmas markets. The property is old and not very clean. It is big enough though.

This was a good basic hotel, but in need of maintenance. Excellent room size for 3 people, with a good kitchenette. Carrefour supermarket close by which is handy. Parking was off site - but an easy 10 minute walk. Hotel was about 15 minute walk to the centre of town, and close to the large shopping centre.

A convenient 10 mn walk from Strasbourg station, or accessible also by bus. 15mn walk from the cathedral. Quite a large room with a small kitchen corner and small dining table. Equipment looks a tad old esp. the bathroom. Rather noisy at night due to the weak insulation: you can clearly hear neighbours passing in the hallway. Overall a correct price/quality.

This property is in need of repair. The facet in the sink was broken and fell off when we tried to use it and water went all over. The shower head support was falling out of the wall and made it hard to use. The floor was filthy and we had to keep to the window open because it was so hot and there was no temperature control. Everything was in disrepair. The location was good and the staff were friendly but the facility needs a lot of work.

It was clean and the staff were fantastic, especially the young lady that checked us in the afternoon we arrived! The bed we slept it should be replaced. It sunk in the middle and was not very comfortable. I'm sure they could do better on this aspect of the hotel's improvement.

It was nice, affordable place near the centrum with a small kitchen. We had a great staying but they could upgrade their toilets and fridge but that's only for comfort. It was still a very good experience!

I like that we had kitchen and a fridge available in our room. What I did not like was that there was only one small mirror in the room and it was located in the bathroom. I wish they had another mirror, long mirror, so you can see you entire body to check yourself and the clothes you are wearing. Also, there was no room in the bathroom to place make up items and tooth brushes so shelves are needed for that purpose and there is plenty of room for that.
