I booked the corner ocean view room. The room size is good. Lots of room. The view is beautiful. Very close to the night market. Customer service is good.

The breakfast was poor and cold, the only plus was that they fried eggs on both sides when asked about it and the eggs were then hot. The hotel staff were mostly friendly and helpful without any extra charges. Internet was also good throughout the hotel. We’ve had one double bed and one single bed in the room and it is standard for deluxe sea-view rooms. Rooms were spacious. The fitness room was closed/not available and the pool needed proper cleaning. There were only 4 sun-beds without a mattress, and they were in poor condition, - almost falling apart. On the other side, poolside towels were available free of charge. We missed proper sun-beds with mattress and parasol, but the beach was right by and there you could rent proper sun-beds with a mattress and a parasol. there was an annoying moment: In the corridor in the 8th floor there was a stationary phone. This phone was ringing at night and at 7am every morning but nobody picked it up. So if you want to wake up at 7am each morning while on vacation, this is the hotel for you! The location was good. The hotel is old and worn and seems to have poor maintenance.
