Very nice Tiffany Blue decor throughout the room. Everywhere is clean and close to main attractions. VIP members can get room upgrade if available. Nice and healthy breakfast. High CP value and recommend.

Nice and clean rooms, close to supermarket, convenient stores and have many choices of restaurants nearby. About 7 minutes walk from subway station to hotel, and may need to carry the suitcases upstairs when the lift or escalator in commercial center connecting to the subway is closed.

Good stay. Rooms are a bit small. Key Access /usage throughout the hotel is a bit excessive. Better than some 4stars hotel that I’ve used.

I booked the most basic room and realized upon entering that the staff actually gave me a bigger room. Not to mention, it was exactly as I requested: away from elevator on a higher floor. He gave me the highest floor and it was a corner room. The room is actually spacious and you also have a sliding door and even a desk and chair and small sofa. The place was spotless and parking was free. They will give you a coupon after you check in for the free parking. There is a small parking in front of the hotel but it’s usually full. You can also park at the back of the hotel. You also get to use the public bath for free. As a gold hotels.com member, it gave me a 2 hour plus late check out until 1pm. Oh and free coffee on the 1st floor

Everything is good except for the fact that they charge you for parking. It is my favorite hotel. The staff is excellent, and the Japanese language skills of the foreign staff are very impressive.
