I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and the room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was prepared well and the food was just great. Yes, I will book here again.

The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are spacious. My biggest complaint is we paid almost $200 a night and they clean the rooms every other day and after the first night we asked for towels and they asked us to bring the dirty towels down so we can get new clean towels. I’ve never experienced that at a hotel before. No service what so ever.

The toilet would NOT flush after my husband 💩. Called the front desk (younger gentleman working), he brought up a plunger and said we needed to plunge it 😶. No biggie, we’ve plunged a toilet multiple times before. Well that did NOT resolve the problem. We were told maintenance wouldn’t be in til morning but in the mean time we needed to come down to the lobby to use the restroom. He said they had NO rooms available, and couldn’t refund us because it was 8pm, we checked in around 6:30/7ish……Had to use my (NO SIR WE WILL NOT TONE)…..and what do you know. They have a room available DIRECTLY next door…the toilet in that room was slow to flush as well but luckily for us we checked out the NEXT MORNING gladly.

There was a misunderstanding with staff,however we were able to discuss this on the following day and then it was taken care of right away.

Some training needs to be done with the front desk staff regarding service animals. They need to know that they are limited to asking if the dog is used in assisting for a disability, and what function the animal performs. I was demanded to show papers and technically, in Texas, a service dog is not required to be registered or certified. ADA states service dogs are allowed to accompany their handler in public places by simply saying their dog is a service dog. I was able to produce documentation that appeased them, but I don’t want someone else who is not as understanding to cause an issue. I had mentioned when booking the room that I had such an animal and was never told any restrictions. (The same person I’d spoken with checked me in.) Much worse than that, there was a construction crew tearing up the carpet in the halls, and I stepped on a small nail that went through my shoe, regardless of me trying to avoid that. If my dog had been walking and taken that nail, it would have been a much different situation. There was no sign posted or notice given that work was being done and there was any risk posed due to it.

Everything was great except that the air conditioner wouldn't stay at the temperature that I would set it, it kept going to a higher temp for energy saving until I figured out how to set permanently. The couch could stand to be a little more comfortable. Breakfast was kind of dry and lacking. Overall it was a nice place.

This is a really nice property, comfy beds, yummy breakfast, and helpful staff. Our TV wasn't responding to the remote and after trying a different remote, the front desk staff came to room to troubleshoot and fixed the problem. Also, whatever air freshener they use throughout the common areas is really nice!

Definitely need secure grab bars by commode and in shower. Every other day maid service is not adequate-and did not happen. Impossible to open shower door without flooding floor. Coffee was good.

We needed the sofa bed made and was told that since we didn’t PRE-ser that, they could only give us the sheets.
There was also food on the floor between the bed and bedside table.

Property and room were clean. Room lghting was substandard. This as my first stay. Translucent bathroom door let too much light into the bedroom when the first person arose in the morning. A small light is needed in the bathroom for nighttime activity. The breakfast was good. Fluffy eggs we’re unique and tasted good. Front desk staff was friendly and proficient.
