Overall great for location. However, breakfast is in your room and there is no elevator so our room was one and a half fight of stairs. Room needs an interior decorator.

Edourdo and Federico are great hosts! Everything was perfect and just as we expected. There’s 2 flights of stairs to climb (elevator not in service) but both hosts helped us with our luggage … Grazie!

This is not an hotel but a guesthouse on the second floor without elevator of a large and nice apartment with different rooms for guests, the building is not well maintained but the guesthouse is well maintained, the staff are only there mostly in the morning and you will need codes to get into the building. however, rooms are big, clean and well equipped staff is very attentive and helpful, overall a good stay if you don’t mind the idea of not being in a real hotel, being such in prime location expect noisy streets sounds and music during the evening

We loved the location and the room was very spacious and clean . Breakfast was very good. Balcony overlooked the Duomo and square. Staff was attentive. Easy to get to from train station.

Very cool place in the heart of the action - wonderful view of the Duomo. Since this place is in the Duomo square, it does get very noisy at night which is the only con. Otherwise definitely recommend.

The property is in a perfect location to view the sites. Within walking distance to everything you need. The room is spacious and clean. Noisy at night so if you have difficulties with sleep best to bring ear plugs. My only complaint about room is that the bed only had a sheet, no duvet. Blanket in cupboard was dusty. Breakfast was very good and delivered to your room at your requested time. Eduardo at check in was excellent and very helpful. I would stay again.

Location was perfect, right in front of the Duomo. Room very spacious, clean and well fitted. Edoardo was very helpful. Carried both our suitcases up and then down at end of trip. Very highly recommended for anyone wanting an incredible experience right in the middle of this fabulous city.

Location, location, location. Most of the main attractions are 7 minute walk. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delivered to your room, and the fabrics are nice. The only con that I see is that is not necessarily a ¨Luxury" B&B as it is advertised. For instance, you need to move your luggage several stairs up/down.

Stayed here in September 2019 for 2 nights and it was fantastic! Location was across the Duomo. The room is clean, spacious and the balcony view was perfect, thanks to Federico. Try this B&B and you will love it!

Fernando and Eduardo are superb hosts. They are ready with recommendations, maps and to make reservations as well. The breakfast pastries and coffee are fresh and delicious.finally, the hotel is located perfectly to access all of central Florence.

This was our third time in Florence and we loved this place. We had the room with the balcony and had breakfast out there every morning. Federico was very friendly and made a great breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.

So glad we chose this place! INTIMATE - This was such an intimate and unique place to stay, as it is only a hand full of rooms. You'll receive very particular care as one of the lucky few guests. STAFF - The staff were great communicators in preparing for our arrival and were very friendly. They even gave us a room upgrade (maybe because I was 33 weeks pregnant), and a very delicious local pastry waited for us in the room. ROOMS - Very clean accommodations. Our room was huge - very high ceilings and beautiful drapes to give a luxurious vibe. The bathroom was also huge and had a sleek, modern open shower. Only down side there was that the drain didn't drain very fast, so we would pretty much flood 1/4 of the bathroom when we showered. FOOD - Breakfast was great! The staff will give you a huge menu to select anything and everything you want - just write how many of each that you'd like and what time you'd like it delivered the next morning. It will come right on time and you can enjoy a literal breakfast in bed while Florence wakes up. We had an early tour in the morning and the staff agreed to deliver breakfast to our room 30 minutes before their usual start time (again, very accommodating). LOCATION - You. Cannot. Beat. This. Location. It's at the heart of Florence and walking distance to everything. Even so, it's still very accessible by car. If your taxi driver knows the area well, they'll drop you off the closest they can get you - about 10-15 yards from the door.

Starting with the location (just a block off the Piazza del Duomo) and only a few minutes walk from Stazione Firenze SNM, this is a wonderful place to start your exploration of central Firenze. Check-in was simple, with great explanations on breakfast, nearby attractions, and hotel amenities. Room was beyond clean & neat, and prepared with a welcome snack on arrival. The street below is a pedestrian mall; great opportunities for people-watching, and expect one of Firenze’s street string ensembles to entertain you!

Incredible location and facility. View of Baptistry from our window! Only warning is that you need to coordinate on arrival as no one is onsite except at specific times. While we were emailing them from airport, the Expedia email was delivered after we arrived at the door. Fortunately they came shortly thereafter, but we were worried.

The Ceratanni B&B was very comforrable, high quality bedding and interior - loved the shower! 2 of the rooms have excellent views of the Duomo which is literally steps away - loved being in the very heart of Florence! Federico offered excellent customer service. only challenge was that the lift was not working and that was not shared ahead of time.(stairs are difficult for me so I specifically looked for a place with a lift.) anyhow, I would still highly recommend this place.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment so close to the duomo I felt like I could reach out the window and touch it. Gorgeously decorated room, large marble bathroom complete with huge rainhead shower and towel warmer. Refrigerator with complimentary drinks, fruit, yogurt as well as a basket of tarts, crackers, Nutella, etc. Only three rooms, this place feels extremely private. Eduardo and his brother couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. This is the nicest room I’ve had in my 7 trips to Europe.

We just stayed at Cerretani Palace for two nights, but I wish we could have stayed more! Spacious room next to the Duomo in the center of Florence, fantastic bathroom with great supplies, welcome tray with snacks and juice, super friendly and courteous management and staff, perfect communication, it is excellent value for money! I recommend it with no hesitation and we will be staying there again when we go back to Florence!
