Beautiful accommodations, several small issues that were taken care of. I assumed parking for hotel guests would be included but was an extra charge. Have stayed there before and all in all would stay there again.

Check in was super easy. Location and room were great . However our bathroom door did not close at all . It was off the hinges. We went down to tell the front desk . They had someone come look at it who couldn’t fix it. He said he would be back and never came back . We had to go to the lobby multiple times to use the bathroom so we found this extremely inconvenient.

10 out of 10!! The staff were extremely friendly! The room was perfect and very clean. I loved that we were right in the middle of NULU and close to shopping and dining options. The hotel breakfast was great and worth adding on to our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The management team especially were very professional and showed extreme kindness towards my wife and I during our stay. This team of Renee, Justin, and Chris were all top notch! Front desk staff was less than professional. Given the fact that this is a service industry, the staff at the desk should stop what they are doing and immediately engage with guest at the desk. Not the case here. Come on, folks, this is a service industry. Tell that front desk staff to smarten up! There is way too much competition out there to slack off. Also, if one is paying over $200+ per night, shouldn't parking and breakfast be included!?

The shower faucets were a negative as they would go feom perfect temp to feezing to scalding and back to perfect. Something with Grohe faucets that I have experienced before. Other than that, the personnel, clenliness and service was excellent. Hoping the top of my message reaches Marriott's purchasing department. Grohe is the only shower faucet I've consistently had negative experiences with.

Very clean and front desk staff was friendly but would never stay here again. It’s located near bars so you can hear drunk people screaming and shouting on the street all night long causing a sleepless night for the family.

The staff at this property went above and beyond and even allowed us an early check-in! Extremely kind and courteous. The hotel is in a great location, very safe, but it was very loud at night due to nightclubs in the area. We would stay here again however!

The hotel itself is well appointed and the lobby is very nice. The room was comfortable...the only issue was noise from outside the hotel throughout the night kept us from sleeping well. I don't know what the answer to that problem would be.

Dog friendly hotel-the elevators smell so badly of dog urine that it takes your breath away so everything else about the hotel that is fantastic is soured. They do not clean your room unless you request at the front desk. Staff neglected to mention that at check in. Other than that the room was nice, breakfast is great and parking is easy. A nice perk would have been free guest parking.
